That's the biggest load of poop I've read yet.The Wii is the worst console I've ever owned,it has the worst graphics and games this gen.It even has the most over rated(not worst games.OVERRATED) in the Galaxy games,which I'm close to finishing both of with/for my 6yr old son.
The Wii is bad for us gamers and the thing it's built on(controls) are weaker than the other consoles.

Let me guess....Now power matters and Nintendo invented power,graphics,3D,sound,light and constructed Earth on a weekend of team building.
It will probably be Ps3 level graphics,just like 3DS looks PSP like.For some odd reason people unimpressed by fantastic looking God of War,Heavy Rain or Uncharted will suddenly be impressed by HD Zelda(probably an Ocarina remake of the 3DS version).
But I thought extra space wasn't needed?
Wait until a load of old games get released that only Nintendo hardcore would buy again?

I don't want the stupid smartphones to kill proper consoles.I have an Android phone which I play games on but it wouldn't stop me buying a dedicated gaming device.It's good for puzzle games and bugger all else.
No hardware review can rate it so highly.It may have good games and become a great platform but as a piece of hardware I found it felt dated right off the bat.The circle pad is good but the rest is meh.
Especially,if you consider the 3D a pointless gimmick.Pilot Wings looked good for 5 min,then I didn't really even notice.

Some comments on here suggest people are not paying attention.
NGP using AR is NOT copying 3DS since 3DS has copied PSP,which included AR ages ago.
The NGP will have a range of games,not just AAA NGP games using Sony franchises.They will have everything from Android games,Minis,PSone up to exclusive AAA games.
The ease of porting and controls mean you may see some surprises.Epic could release Gears for example(and have hinted they may want to).

Look at the figures.PS3 is behind in US/UK.Rest of the world PS3 has already won.In fact,if you take official figures the 360 has a 10 million US lead but Ps3 has over 7 million rest of the world lead(with 12/16 months less on market).

Excellent multiplayer.I haven't played single player yet(Mass Effect 2 is in the way)but it does not run quite as well as KZ2.It is more ambitious though and fixes other KZ 2 issues.Some steps forward,some back.

apart from the excellent circle pad,the hardware feels old already.I've played with AR card and Pilot Wings.The dpad,buttons don't feel good,3D works well but it's a gimmick for me(and yes,I feel the same about Ps3 having played on that too) and the graphics seem weaker than PSP.
I'm sure there will be great games but the hardware has convinced me 100% to wait for NGP.It's just not that good.
It amazes me that people can't separate what they prefer the look of and the technically superior one.
