Digital Foundry( at Eurogamer) said the Xbox method was a band aid and cannot match ps4 bandwidth/speed. Move engines were described as more about media compression and decompression . Rumoured PVR stuff most likely . I'm not an expert so just saying what experts said.
I'm going to listen to Carmack over the PC "experts" on here. He said Sony made smart engineering choices and fixed console architecture offers double the same PC spec performance . I think he knows a little more than moaners trying to justify expensive purchases.

I love Bruce but he never competed. Chuck said he would have done well. He praised him. However , Chuck was 7 times CONSECUTIVE World champ. Don't dismiss him because Bruce made better movies and was more charming .

I think MS will deliver a good console BUT point is, Sony unlikely to be behind in most ways. PS4 looks strikingly well designed.

Poorly researched too. Xbox 360 apparently has higher "active" users ? Not true . Ps3 is selling more worldwide AND selling more software but a large margin.

Sony seem to be courting the hardcore , indie and middle devs. Could be smart . They can make big stuff themselves and big 3rd party want to be on all formats.
Why is it so hard to accept it is not that appealing and a weak hardware design?
Too complicated for a Wii audience , too clumsy for tech audience and not focused enough for the hardcore gamer.
Hence , only the hardcore Ninty audience want it and that is not a large enough group.

I owned a 360 this Gen, mainly because of the long ps3 wait. Next Gen I'm going ps4 only and I'm not alone . With no lead time, next Xbox will struggle more.
Ps3 outsold it every year bar one , and that was slight in 360s favour. Most years ps3 "won" by about 2 million. Without that lead time, it will be a different story
