It's not listed, obviously, but 128gb sd cards are on sale for $29.99, Switch owners.
Not bad at all. Tenchu, Conker, and Legacy of Kain would be wonderful. Admittedly, I don't think Conker 2 could happen with Rare's old talent gone. Those were some pretty talented guys.
Simplistically clever.
Mario RPG 2. Make it happen. Kingdom Hearts trilogy. We need this too.
4 years and 5 platforms later I would be more shocked if it didn't hit 85 million units.
Whether the upgrades is good for business or not remains to be seen. We haven't seen the effects that these upgrades may have on next generation hardware.
I can only hope this yields more pleasant surprises, like Kingdom Battle.
Not in the sense of working together, no. Cross-play is the first step in uniting all consoles with a multi-platform title. This could probably be seen as Microsoft's trojan horse since Microsoft was always about subscriptions and being a central media hub, and they've made that first hub step with Live, followed by One games being played on PC.
In the end, we are a long way from a end all Netflix-like game streaming service with everyone working together. I personally don&...
In my opinion, it's not overrated - talked about a lot, yes - but what game isn't on each respective console? I definitely enjoyed my time with it. My major concern were the wall mechanics, because not being able to grab ledges when you were within range is irritating. Overall, great game, and I definitely dug the curiosity aspect of it.
Side note: Mario Sunshine did NOT suck. Not better than Mario 64, but it did not suck. To each their own, though.
We're in the middle of women's lib and PC agendas, that's why. Made worse with a certain amount of niche having nothing to fight, but what they don't like or facts they don't understand.
The recent The Last of Us 2 trailer just happened to make both parties angry at the same time.
"We see more people playing fewer games for longer. Engagement is important. But how do we deliver longer experiences?"
Fewer games for longer you say? Well, that's because most everything these days is an MMO or has online multiplayer tagged on. But, yes, engagement is important. In my opinion, they need to focus on the core single player experience and let multiplayer take a backseat. I'm not saying get rid of the online or multiplayer aspects, but it se...
Hi, unpopular opinion here, I think it's everyone's fault, including the people who complain, with the lesser of the blame in Rockstar's court. To put it bluntly, games shouldn't require installs (that was one of the points of the cartridges anyway), secondly, Nintendo knew about installs and memory and took the cheaper path, and lastly, if you play games you should already know about installs and memory and have invested in a suitable SD card. So drop the pitchforks, snag a ...
It doesn't necessarily suck. The industry just hasn't learned to spread releases out yet, which is harder scheduling than movies, plus gaming hasn't been around but four decades.
Playing all the releases you want just comes down to multitasking, which everyone knows. It is easier for the younger crowd, especially ones without jobs. As an older gamer, I just make time when I can and it's worked for me. Responsibility happens, but I'll always make time for my favori...
Cross platform play is most likely the future, whether Sony jumps on board now or later - especially since consoles are like PC's now. Frankly, I don't care either way as "the more the merrier" comes from mind.
Well, if I sold incomplete games and completed them with DLC I would be doing good too.
"A game made by adults, to be played by adults," and criticized by children.
To judge support on the profits for a new system on one annually released game is pretty stupid. You're supposed to step over the bar, EA. Not go under it.
I think EA has a quota to meet in BS every year, which is why they can't stay out of the news here recently.
On the matter at hand: yes, our legacy is. It's nothing new, but we're in a process of catch-up. When developers decide they don't want to support an online game they need to remove any trademarks and hand it over to the people who enjoy it, as long as they aren't making a profit off their work. We paid to play - let us!

Seriously? Calm down, PC police.
You bring up some valid points on EA and Activision. It seems just about anything could happen with the Switch right now.
And with your Mario RPG comment, Edmix, we just became friends. I'm sorry for your gain.
