Except the Wii U is just getting started in terms of what it's capable of. The current gen consoles are all maxed out, most of them sacrificing resolution for effects.
Same.
Do you just roam the Wii U articles to troll? I see you on every single one of these. I would hope you might learn a few things from people's rebuttal, but this is obviously not the case.
You clearly don't understand how big of a leap the Wii U is in terms of performance, and especially in terms of raw bandwidth. Either it's because you don't understand how architecture is more important than things like clock speeds, or you are a gamer that is too young to...
Can't wait!!!
You're absolutely right.... about the analog stick part anyway, the rest of your comments are laughably fanboyish, and you should probably take a break from the rage and really think about the comments you've made.
That said, after all the criticism Nintendo got after the e3 reveal about a lack of a second circle pad, they really should have put one in. Heck even if it made the system bigger, I doubt many people would complain. While this wasn't so terrible impo...
A fellow anthropologist, I take it?
I'm sorry. But those are some petty stupid conditions. Notevent the Wii was 200 and this thing is facking some firepower. Furthermore, nothing wrong with the casual audience. Heck the playstation brand became as strong as it is today because of casual games. The Wii U is going to be an amazing platforms and already. Has new IPs like ZombiU and the Wonderful 101 or whatever it's called.
Possible, but it just won't.
Great example of this is back during the gamecube days, you could plug in the GBA to the gamecube, and it could do some cool things, but a lot of the times you really needed a second person to tell you about what is on the screen, or you needed several GBAs to play certain games in order to have full functionality. The functionality was there, but the support simply wasn't. And this is the problem with vita. The cost of entry is too high, and there...
I'm just glad she's voiced by Sakamoto Maaya, one of my all time favourite voice actresses.
Dragon Quest, Monster Hunter, while not super huge in the west represent the cornerstone of gaming in Japan. Just those two franchises alone make Nintendo a mega powerhouse.
Sony did give us dual analog sticks... but Nintendo has pretty much given the world everything else. Motion control in a practical way, the mainstay analog stick(first analog stick was sega), d-pad, face buttons, rumble, glasses-less 3D displays, and much much more~ Sony and Microsoft are the copycats.
I'm in the same boat. The way I see it, I'm getting better versions of the games on a next gen console. So, I held off getting multi plats on my PS3 and XBOX for just that reason.
Because you can't? Sold out dude!
Even though the author isn't actually calling the PS3 a failure, I just thought that I'd ring in that it's kind of annoying when people call the PS3 or the PSP a failure. The PS3 is by no means a failure, and the PSP, no it didn't sell nearly as well as the DS, but any handheld that can stand toe to toe with Nintendo and come out not only kicking, but with a successor is quite the success story!
I was not aware that "60fps" was a hardware component.
Sorry. Just being facetious.
Zing~!
Well, better than any console. Not better than PC.
And if someone has a Wii U, they can get an enhanced version of the game with extra functionality.
The games it doesn't get will obviously be available on other systems. That does not however mean it isn't worth it. This generation is far more multiplatform games than exclusives. Except for the Wii, but that's for different reasons such as a lack of third party support.
Funny how when Microsoft went after the casual audience gamers give praise for them expanding the audience, but when Nintendo did it everyone called foul. This isn't a comment directed so much at you as it is to people in general. That said, on the Wii, Nintendo gave us, 2 3D Mario games, a 2D Mario game, 2 Metroid titles, a new Donkey Kong Country, 2 Kirby games, Super Smash bros., Mario Kart, Animal Crossing, Sin and Punishment 2, Xenoblade, Last Story, two Fatal Frame games(Though not ...
Don't you ever get tired of trolling Wii U articles? Do you have anything better to do?
