Exactly. It is selling because it’s exactly what people always ask for. A hardcore option for people that want that little bit more out of their console. It’s not mandatory, but it’s there for those that want one. I imagine it’s also a great way thing for people who don’t have a PS5 yet as well. I mean you are paying only $100 more than you would pay for a series x which is not even comparable.
He is exaggerating of course, but I guess it needed to be explained that the series S is really underpowered for a current gen console.
But you literally have to dish out huge sums to keep up with the newest PC parts and even then wouldn’t have the type of quality you get in consoles. Shot I love PC gaming, when I have a proper PC, but let’s be honest here, the electricity cost alone for a PC is outrageous. At least in my neck of the woods.

Depends on the resources being used. If the resources were available and not being used/needed elsewhere, then I don’t see anything wrong w taking advantage of the full potential of an ip. (Especially when that ip was one of the shinning examples of the type of game we want) let them benefit from a job well done.
