I don’t think so. I’m basing that on my own excitement for it.
I’m not even a fps type of guy but I want this. I think I would get into this world for some team multiplayer with my buddies.
The trailer looks really good to me. I’m curious for sure.

First, we are still in the middle of current gen. So unless you believe all consoles combined will not sell another 18 million until the end of the generation, then you have indirectly proved that the market is bigger (although I don’t think these numbers necessarily represent the size of the “market” for gaming)*.
*I would say the more accurate size of the market is the number of people playing games anywhere ...
Probably because it would be an admission of defeat. MS can’t afford that at the moment.

And, even more significantly, the market is much bigger today.
They have lost a lot of goodwill. People simply don’t want their console as much anymore. At least not as many people want them as they used to.
