It's definitely one of best games of the generation, but I'm not sure if it's THE best game of the generation.
You've also got to consider all the other great games; Mass effect 2, Uncharted 2, Red Dead Redemption, etc-all great games that preceded TLOU.
I've forgotten my favorite game of the generation, would you kindly tell me what it is?
People are barely raising an eyebrow let alone flipping out.
I was expecting Uncharted 4, Halo, LOZ, those are the titles that will make people flip out.
Don't count your chickens before they roost, Gabe.
Isn't tweeting about a super secret project defeating the purpose of having a super secret project?
The best moment was when I pressed start, and it ended when the credits rolled.
Absence makes the heart grow fonder, that's why everybody is pining for the next fallout.
Mace griffin.
You can give me 100 facts, I'm still not buying ghosts.
My new years resolution is 1080p.
Video games are art, the only ones who say they aren't don't play games at all.
The stories, characters and settings are starting to eclipse anything done in hollywood, and IMO gaming is becoming a better art form than cinema.
Captain obvious strikes again!!!
RAM has always been the bottleneck, that's a fact.
I think some devs want full access to the RAM instead of sharing it with the OS and other features, and it's not going to happen.
Consoles are now entertainment suites and so memory has to be dedicated to some services-if you strip away those services then you'll have a gaming beast, but then you'll lose the edge over the competitors who offer more than games.
And besides,Look...
The blurred figure in the background kinda looks like Dr. Manhattan...
Watchmen confirmed!
It was a horrible year for gaming, But it was a good year for sarcasm.
People don't hate CoD, they hate what it's become.
What started as a promising franchise ended up representing what all gamers hate: No innovation, no imagination, And the fact that CoD is a business model first and a game second, which is not what making games is all about.
Forget PS5,I'm goin PS7, because it will be so epic that it skips PS5 and PS6 completely.
To fuel the fanboy war and to get hits. Because writing an article is too damn hard for some these days so they wheel out comparison shots.
Cricket games are dead and buried IMO. A series of average games plus a niche market equals a disaster.
But at least we have the memories. Shane Warne '99 on PS1, those were the days.
I actually feel sorry for the retailers.
Every time you buy online you're taking money out of someones pocket.
There is nothing wrong with shopping online, but next time you think of all the savings you're making, spare a thought for those who have to tell their families that money is tight because nobody wants to talk to a clerk or a salesman anymore.
I always support the local retailers whenever I can, you've gotta help a broth...
I think he's right.
Resident Evil is the grandaddy of survival horror; but the series is nothing like it was in the PS1 days, it's hardly recognizable.
And honestly this game could not be as scary as playing the dark descent for the first time.
