Rumor has it RDNA3 will have hardware accelerated FSR capabilities making FSR even better on their future GPU's while still having the current support.

They should include the license with Gamepass. If they wanna advertise the ultimate gaming experience then why not give us the ultimate gaming experience included in the subscription? They obviously made some sort of deal with Dolby to get that 2 years of console exclusivity so why not got he extra mile and include it with gamepass?

BF6 is cross-gen too. Although I did read somewhere that they may have a separate team working on the last gen version so they don't compromise the potential the next gen version. Heres to hoping thats true.

My opinion on this subject is why do people care so much about this?

Some of the gaming community seems to be drawn towards comparing everything under the sun to any other game with a feature/mechanic that reminds them of it. These discussions IMO are a waste of effort and doesn't matter in the end and didn't even matter in the beginning.

My reaction when I saw the gliding was "sweet they added gliding!" Then I see these comparison discu...

"Dude you took my comment way too serious I said the gameplay looked good just wasn't blown away will i get it day1 on PS5 you betcha"

Dude you just fell victim to my rant and took it wrong is all. The first two lines was the only part directed towards you and nothing else like I stated at the end. Part of your comment just reminded me of what other people say in relation to their expectations vs reality with next-gen gaming, so I expressed my opinion. I wasn&...

Waverider... Yeah ReviewTechUsa posted a video last week talking about how the performance mode might be 1080p and he went on a rant about it when his source was based off of an article from August of last year when in the article they stated that there would be a performance mode with a lower resolution than 4k but no confirmation about what specific rez and he jumped straight onto the 1080p train for some reason. Probably due to the fact that Returnal is upscaled 1080p. He pulled the video ...

Just because there were no signs of ray traced reflections doesn't necessarily mean the game doesn't use ray tracing elsewhere. They could be using ray traced shadows or ray traced GI instead.

"You understand that at this stage, with the quality of the gameplay trailer, nobody is talking about rez."

Thats because they have no confirmation or rumor of what rez its at to go by. Nobody bashed Returnal for the resolution until they learned that it was upscaled 1080p even though it still looks fantastic. Same with R&C where nobody really bashed that game until rumors started going around that the performance mode is 1080p/60 thanks to ReviewTechUsa.

"I have said at the 1st reveal that the game would be 2022."

Even though they stated a 2021 release during that reveal and it hasn't changed yet?

Why are you hung up on the node availability? The reason the nodes availability is low is because of the silicon shortage. Silicon is the base material needed for semiconductor manufacturing. If there's no silicon available then there is no node to make.

"That leaves the vast majority of the industry stuck on the 7nm processing node from mobile, tablets, computers, CPUs, GPUs, cars, consoles, literally almost every major electronic except for NVIDIA (8nm) and Intel...

And?

Probably will have a 30 and 60fps option seeing Sony's track record with all of their 1st party titles out on PS5 having either only 60fps or both.

A whole year delay? That's a bold prediction Cotton, lets see how it plays out.

When did you even start believing it would come out winter 2022?

1729d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment

It probably has a 30fps mode and 60fps mode like every other first party PS5 game released so far. This gameplay was 30fps which makes sense. They wanna show off the graphic fidelity to people.

I mean, it is coming out for PS4 too you know... but do you really think the PS4 pro will look and perform identical to the PS5 with all this detail? I'm not saying the game couldn't look better but I feel people today have been hyping themselves up for unrealistic expectations for this jump into a new generation.

Peoples expectation these days need something to look leaps and bounds better and MUST be impossible to run on the previous system to be satisfied. The gr...

While the game I bring up might not have every minute detail you described. TLOU2 gets pretty damn close with their melee combat. Having the animations match up with the impact of the hit.

"Except it's also on PS4... game does look great though."

True, but to be fair it wont look this good on a PS4. PS4 probably wont even have a performance mode for 60fps while this game most likely will have that option seeing as how every 1st party Sony game out so far is either at 60fps by default or it has both 30 and 60fps options.

No concepts. Thats in-engine which is usually VERY close to gameplay for GG's.

When it was announced it stated 9am PT for countdown and 2pm PT for the gameplay. You arent the only one thinking it actually started at 9am PT. The comments ont he stream were hilarious. Went from like 90k watching down to 20k right now lol.
