I bought Demon's Souls because it was exactly what I was looking for in this world of watered down games. That "Intense Action" trailer is what sold me on the game. I have not even heard of Demon's Souls before then but that trailer sent a powerful message that it was the game I was always looking for.
Most developers these days treat us all like we are stupid and give up easily. The games kept getting easier and more boring. The same can be said with publis...
By not shaving (but rather trimming/clipping) the resistance to STDs is increased among other things. There is hair there for a reason. I hope you fall and drown underneath that bridge.
The tablet competition for them is more heavily advertised than their console competition. They are competing with Apple right there among others.
Yeah... even when they do take a risk on a niche game or new innovative idea they often just send it out to die with no advertising...
The egg predates the chicken. The first chicken must have hatched from the egg of something that wasn't quite a chicken...
Publishers suck these days... they shift all the risk to the consumers when they are the ones that should be taking the risk to make the money. They are so paranoid of bombing out that they often miss out on big opportunities to hit it big... opportunities to innovate...
It used to work like that before publishers lost their will to take even the smallest risks...
Keep in mind the publishers probably could have done that this gen anyway as it is. If anything the console makers probably outlined a policy that prevented them from doing that. I wouldn't mind if it were just some publishers doing it as I would be voting with my wallet (screw EA if they decide on that) but if all games did it because the console itself required it... that would be bad.
I would give it a try.... if it would be made free for PS+... and had trophies.
I don't care who it is... I am not going to go easy on anyone or "let" anyone win. If they defeat me they did it with an effort and I wouldn't want it any other way. I am hyper-competitive all the way be it on the net or on the gridiron. If I complement someone it was earned. If I insult someone it's because they are being belligerent.
Use the Large Sword of Searching as your left hand weapon and a catalyst in your right hand.
Go backward from Old Hero's boss room in pure black world tendency and sneak up behind the black phantom dual katana skeleton and use Soulsucker (magic). Repeat until it drops... This method has worked within 1 hour for all of my characters that required it. Good luck to ya.
The bow according to the game weighs 13 kg (28.6 lbs)and when is drawn back seems to be anchored to the ground. That string looks to be as thick as a bungee cable and the tension of a bow is provided by mostly the wood rather than the string. I estimate to bend wood that thick... okay hell if I know lol...
The bow requires a STR stat of 27. In comparison a claymore in that game requires 16 STR to wield effectively. So yeah deadlifting... I am thinking 900+
Gough's Greatbow... that power...that knockback...
I'm getting a bit depressed at SOCOM always being ignored.
Very true, I forgot about that. The rating standards have gotten a bit more strict over time... Still the same game rendered with modern graphics would probably get an M.
(I may have been distracted by NFL free agency when I started that rant lol)
Look, it's quite possible for a child to play a mature game with no ill effects or changes in behavior. It is up to the parents to have the discretion to judge whether or not their individual child is emotionally and socially developed enough (aka 'mature' enough!).
That being said not all "Mature" games are equal... some of them are rated "Mature" but are incredibly immature as if they are targeted towards a 13yr old. The content of the game i...

#17 "Badass empowerment" not being the default aspiration
If a game intended to make me feel like the character is a badass it better damn well make sure that it felt like the character works hard to do so. If done wrong (which it almost always is) this aspect is a major immersion killer for me...
Good list but it is missing Snotty Ragsdale (aka Boogerman)
If it has anything to do with lifetime PSN purchase amounts mine goes to just over $200 -- Not really much I suppose since that was mostly DLC. I preferred most of my games as a hard copy.

If there is one thing that Demon's Souls and Dark Souls has taught me...
Bridge = Dragon
But it was always fair... there was always some kind of hint warning you of the danger be it sounds or charred bodies. In the case of Dark Souls II its also fair... what were you thinking!? Who thinks it is safe to cross a rickety bridge like that with so many dragons overhead?
(Further perpetuating my theory is the fact that my first time playing Sky...
