Yeah, it's really awful of MS to give out a FREE OS and then request a small fee to remove ads on a FREE game.
Those bastards should burn at the stake! Am I right?
/s
NOOOO!!!
The injustice! Do you mean to tell me that in order to play the FREE game without the unobtrusive ads I have to pay a small fee? What is this world coming to? Think about the children, people! The children...

@Rocket
"I don't know what they have done"
But that won't stop you from posting uninformed, inflammatory remarks.
Why are you even here?
@formanbradly
Typical knee-jerk reaction. If you actually took the time to watch the video you would see that the thumbnail is not a proper representation of the graphical quality of the XBOX One. The author "cleverly" chose a moment in the video at which the XBOX One was still loading textures.
The actual difference is much closer with a slight nod to the PS4 which displays a bit sharper of an image due to the higher native resolution.
Why are you counting ANY units?
Just go play games.
@italianagamer
Let me ask this question again, "why would ANYONE buy multiple XBOX 360 consoles when MS had a system in place to fix the RROD issue for FREE?
Guess what? They wouldn't. Stop with this foolishness, will you?
@ Godmars290
Really? The asinine battery issue again...
$10 for a set of 4 rechargeable batteries that have lasted 6 years in my XBOX 360 controller. Controller always has power due to the set of backup batteries.
$60 for a new PS3 controller that lasted 3 years (dead battery). Controller is occasionally inoperative due to the need to recharge the internal battery.
Mmmm, which is the better deal?
@ Rookie_Monster
He belongs to that group of people who "bought like ten XBOX 360s man".
You know, the one that doesn't exist.
"Microsoft phone reps would give a hard time when reporting a broken xbox 360"
I call B.S. on that.
I will readily admit that the RROD issue was nothing short of a complete fiasco for the XBOX brand. But, the repair process was handled with unprecedented efficiency especially in light of the overwhelming amount of requests. I don't know anyone who had a problem servicing their faulty XBOX 360 using the official repair process.
Peter!
@GameNameFame
Once again you have proven that you have no idea what you are talking about.
...and here come the kids.
"the reason you got here"
So now you're interpreting MY motivations too? It couldn't be that I just happened to be reading multiple Witcher 3 reviews and stumbled across this one?
Are you that self absorbed that you believe your opinions and impressions are ubiquitous? They're not.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, including you, but don't judge others based on your limited knowledge and narrow perspective.
@ Kingerliran
The person that reviewed the game is within his right to score it as he sees fit. It's HIS opinion...not yours. What gives you the justification to call someone an "asshole" just because their assessment of a video game differs slightly from the norm?
Grow up.
@monochromer
You're complaining just for the sake of it. There are other ways to get people to listen to you. Perhaps you could say something informative or positive.
The first comment is negative???
I am simply SHOCKED!
@ JeffGunz
"Are you trying to troll?" said the guy who brought up the PS4 in a XBOX One comment thread.
What a pathetic call for attention.
"Maybe if I say something incendiary people will finally listen to me".
I couldn't care less what some random fool crows about on the internet but this is so lame that I felt compelled to respond.
SKIP THIS OBVIOUS TROLL ARTICLE.
@ Rocket
"Dismal sales" is not a fact. It is your opinion. Just because you want it to be true doesn't make it so.
Also, this is a prototype (as indicated in the title). It is not intended for retail release.
Rocket science, not likely...
EVERYTHING should be free. No one should make money on anything. I'm sure that's how most of the detractors on N4G conduct their daily lives...they probably volunteer all of their time and effort with no consideration of monetary gain.
