You get more satisfaction after mastering the more sim like games, just my point of view. Forzas always been good with the assists though

I can only remember the god awful music and engine noise, hopefully things improved since then
out of the box the control were rubbish but after calibrating them I was fine on my game pad

Well yeah.
Within a few months I bought a new TV (2k's worth), an av receiver (£600) and if I didn't have a PC hooked up to them, I'd be looking for the best gaming hardware to take advantage of it.
If MS wanted to they could market the x1x to the audio/videophiles out there with some of its lesser known but top of the pile specs eg hdmi 2.1, dolby atmos audio etc.

I got a oneplus 3 when they were new for £300. would I sell it secondhand for 175-200, then spend another 800 for what, a bezeless screen? Errrr.....

Wow! I'll confess I pay no attention to sales figures. I obviously knew PS4 was ahead my the rhetoric of the fan boys, but seriously this is such a small lead! I thought it was outselling xbox by 5-1 the way some people go on.
A 2.5 million lead is practically nothing on circa 20 million units sold. Its barely more than 10%

I wouldn't call it a Dirt game, its more a continuation of Colin McRae rally. Whereas dirt had allsorts of racing genres baked in
I would say some classics have been missed off. Lets see, Project Cars, MSR/PGR, Daytona, Ridge Racer, MIcro machines (don't knock it, 4 player co-op on the megadrive can induce physical violence!), Outrun, Hang On, F1, Grid.. Glad they got Dirt Rally in there, that's got proper heritage and would say my no1 racer

Standard edition £49.99, Deluxe edition £64.99 and holy mother Ultimate edition £79.99!!!
