I love the fact that starfield is doig well as much as the some raging fanboys on n4g would argue against that, but this game need to die, the biggest mistake I can see abou this game is releasing in it in the first place, should of been scrapped.

Bit disappointed with Witcher being on Unreal 5 now with how demanding it is, means I'll have to upgrade from a 4070ti when it comes out as I doubt that'll even run the bloody thing.

Mate, you think Bethesda are working to a budget anymore hahaha. That's the reason behind the Xbox purchase, they don't have to worry about making money anymore, not to the extent they used to. They're literally owned by a muti-trillion dollar company mate, I think they'll be fine.
I'm willing to bet you can mainline the story in 20 hours if your really want to, and if that's how you wanna play great, that's your choice. However most of us will simply get sucked into the world and want to spend hundreds of hours in it, not because we HAVE to, but because we WANT to.

it's how I'm playing hahaha, game pass + premium early access. It's currently the best selling game on steam though so Game pass isn't hurting them like people have been saying.
Play the game and enjoy it on whatever platform or launcher you use guys, just have fun :)
it'll be added for release mate, bethesda gave the modder who does it a review code so he could get it out in time, kinda seems like they either can't be arsed or legally can't put it in themselves due to the AMD partnership. I don't know, either way it should be there to download on the 1st i've been told.

Hopefully the added time and the blank cheque Microsoft has given them will be enough to get at least a somewhat positive experience. I'll be happy with a solid 60fps @1440p.

I mean, this is the issue with Dev anyway, instead of prioritising 60fps or good image quality, they push lighting, and other things. It's disappointing that games earlier in the console gen had better image quality now. Seriously go back and play forbidden west, gears 5, Ragnarok, miles morales and rift apart. The image quality is pin sharp.

Good Xbox's new approach to Japan has been refreshing, and I'm hoping that this means more JRPG's come to PC through Xbox!
Genuinely didn't learn this till I tried it 30 hours in, made a stealth section so much easier, sometimes it's a stealth route, sometimes it's a room with loot. There's little things like this in the game that they leave players to figure them out themselves.
Starfield isn't a perfect game, but by god it's an immersive one.
