Lol indeed man...
The second you get out of school AND have friends and/or a girlfriend you should consider yourself lucky if you have time time to play the big games at all!
My closet is almost exploding with games (200+) and I'm lagging behind like hell...
I'm really scared it's going to be too much of a shooter.
Oh boy... Heeeeeerrrreeeee's Sony...
The fanboys are at it again.
If you really think the game would have been any different of it was PS3-exclusive, you're just plain dumb. When the deal was announced you were all crying "But SE said they'd finished the game, now it's delayed because of MS" and now you're all crying they downsized the game because of that....
Make up your minds twats.
Thought I read somewhere that a mail from Sega to Sony leaked concerning DC games on PSN. So it's probably not only on XBL then.
This list is one big fail.
But too bad for the fanboys: It's NOT a fail because it has 360 games in it. It's a fail because it has games in it that aren't even out yet. There are even games in it of which we haven't seen ONE minute of gameplay.
I'm hoping they'll go for an actual 2D Sonic and not the stuff starting from Sonic Adventures. When they made 2D, Sonic could think he was competing with Mario, but in 3D they failed...massively :)
I'm also one of the late adopters.
First I had my Wii (Nintendo fanboy all the way), then my 360 and since Xmas a PS3. And I can relate to a lot of things the writer says:
1. I also prefer Xbox dashboard
2. I also prefer the Xbox controller with its triggers and the layout of the analogue sticks
3. I like Xboxlive's feel better, but PSN is more than good enough and it's free. And since I'm not the biggest online gamer I can live with PSN being the only service I...
I'm sorry I'm replying to #1. But it was the only way I could get my reaction below the one I'm actually responding to.
NBA Jam on the Playstation?????
Que?
So I see people picking Mass Effect 2, The Old Republic, Gran Turismo 5, ...
WTF?? No one has even played these games...
1. JRPGS just aren't that popular anymore
2. The JRPGS of this gen weren't very good, except for Lost Odyssey
3. Square is the one who made all choices and made all games...MS had nothing to do with their choices.
4. Lost Odyssey sold almost as much as Arkham Asylum on 360. Or at least: it's been played almost as much on Live.
onLive is a threat to nothing ;)
Personally I don't think 3D wil reach the masses this generation. Not everyone even has a HDTV, so I don't think they'll be buying 3D TV's antime soon.
Awesome for those with the right tools, but I think it'll still be niche this gen.
How can anyone even compare Bayonetta with this? What's next: comparing puzzle games with fighters?
I agree with most, except for Burnout.
I prefer "closed world" arcade racers WITH crash mode.
Stupid article. It's HUGE game and it's like Japan's favorite game. Everyone is playing that one and they don't have time to buy/play other games!
No way in hell!
I suggest you check out www.mygamercard.net. You can check out how many Live users played the game. A game like Lost Odyssey is played by as much people als for example Batman : Arkham Asylum.
THAT is the truth. A truth than can be verified on the internet with pure statistics provided by network usage.
If you make a GOOD JRPG it sells. Unfortunately only one of those has been released so far: Lost Odyssey.
What about real, active friends? There is a life outside the internet!
Boohoohoo... It's all Microsoft's fault... :'( :'(
Bunch of idiotic fanboys here... Grow yourselves a brain. The only ones who hav any responsability for anything that should go wrong are the people of Squenix themselves.
I buy most of my multiplatform games on 360, because they just run better most of the time. But FFXIII is probably going to be an exception. FF before VII was Nintendo and after that I have everything on PS. On one hand I have something like "so it should also be Sony now", but on the other hand it's like "more diversity, so let's get 360"... But it'll probably end up on PS3.
So I understand perfectly that lots of people choose the PS3 version. But I still ge...
