Can someone give me a list of reviews where they seperately reviewed games on PS3 and 360 that had the same release date?
And this is a serious question and not meant as some "You're all lying, they never did that"-thing. I REALLY want to know...

That's right... If you can CHOOSE, then it's PS3-time. But the 360-only gamers will still get a great game.
A friend of mine has it on 360 and I'm getting it (when the ffin postman finally delivers it!!!) on PS3... I'll check it out on my HDTV ;)
Did you also take note of the fact that the generations after NES/SNES just had lots more gamers? THe original gaming kids grew up, didn't give up gaming and new kids joined to make the group of gamers larger.... That's not solely Sony it's doing, but it's also the normal flow of time.

Before you guys took it, FF had 6 full games on the Nintendo systems... And look: that's the same number als exclusive FF games we've had on the Sony systems....

For the unpracticed eye it's only a small graphical difference. Gameplaywise (which is the most important thing!) both versions are the same...

Replace Rockstar with Square Enix, GTAV with FFXIII and Agent with FFXIII Versus and it's the same story :)

Like Square cares... Even if this gives a 25% loss (and that would be massively overrated) in sales for the Xbox 360, they still have a lot more cash to reel in than they would have had if it wasn't multiplatform. They made a business decision and they know more about business than most of us gamers. So don't think they didn't account for piracy since it's so common place.
I even think that most of the people who play a pirated copy wouldn't even have bought the original game if ...

The FFXIII thing is utter crap. Just do the math... SE is a modern company who want to make the most profit. So to secure PS3 exclusivity Sony would have to AT LEAST give up the dough SE would probably make with FFXII on 360... And tbh I don't think giving that kind of money for exclusivity is Sony's way. (if I remember correctly one of thei big honchos even said this literally in some interview last year)

I like this list. Except for Bully 2 it's nothing I would've thought of at first (KOTOR would slip my mind because of the MMORPG coming out now). So it's nice :)

MS made a choice and those who say it's too late for BD to be inserted into MS's machine are absolutely right...
And will some developers make more exclusives for PS3 now? That's possible. But if those developers refuse and they still decide to develop for both formats they have to shut it. They choose to develop multiplatform so that they have more money. So they are awfully placed to comment on DVD. Because it's their own ffin choice.
