I don't think they are in the same world. If they were, then why would there be a game case for AC2 in that one shot of T-bone? Assassins Creed is a game in the Watch Dogs world. But then again Abstergo is involved in games (VR/AR) in a sense, so I'm sure they could twist it somehow to work.

If the game hits 60fps at any point they are going to advertise it as running at 1080p/60fps. Even if that's just standing still looking at the ground. If this game isn't locked at 60fps then Sony is falsely advertising this game on it's services. If it drops at any point, that statement is false. They are trying to sell games, I get it. But why advertise something that isn't true, that is going to be debunked as soon as someone gets a copy? I for one can't stand the frame...
People are going to love this game when it hits the ps4. I have been playing this way more than Battlefield lately. Just needed something different for a change, tried it, and love it. The battles can get pretty intense. For me it's just very different, and that's what I needed as I've been playing predominantly BF games for years for my mp FPS experiences.

Build a pc if your worried about consistent frame rate. I'm not sure if either of these consoles have a game that hold a solid 60fps. So the frame rate would somehow change the way the game looks? Performance would be terrible at 5 fps, but the graphics would still be as good. Not that this is running at 5fps. I'm willing to bet they are running it with v-sync on locked at 60fps.

Meaning (if they build their own pc) that they likely do have some pretty high end hardware. 1080p usually shoots over 100fps on Ultra on most games, there are very few I can't get over 100fps with everything maxed out.
