Let's just put it this way, if this was a Sony exclusive this would be the end of the world. Sony would never live this down, yet this is Nintendo so everyone gives them a slap on the wrist.
It's IMDB, why would someone look to IMDB for release dates? It's been listed as 2010 on IMDB for awhile now. I doubt Sony would be showing off God of War 3 at the VGAs if the release date was 2010 even if it was an earlier 2010 date, you'd be thinking they'd at least wait until GDC to show it if that was the case.

Half the things they've been trying to patch since the public beta and everytime they say it's the last remaining issue with a specific problem but they never seem to be fixed.

All of them are very plausible, just common sense can tell you that. Most have been rumored for awhile, look at the 2 year dev cycle for sequels, and Sony's financial year ends in March. Nothing really stands out as being really crazy.

Killzone single player demo? Highly doubt we'd get our hands on the single player. The embargo that expires December 4th on single player is more than enough for me.

i never played americas army, but i always got the impression that the online maps were all designed one specific mode, is that right? or could you play multiple modes on a single map?
Sony has given them tons of time and money to complete this game. I don't see how they aren't gonna avertise THIS game. Sure they might not advertise the other games but I think they know they have to advertise this game to no end.
There's a difference between re-reviewing an ONLINE ONLY game that had server issues at the start because of heavy traffic and FULL games and DLC for those games.
