i got this for 360 cuz half my friends list told me they were getting it and wanted to form posse's, but if i had the ps3 version, i'm sure i'd be just as happy. game is great regardless of the amount of grass. :-P
I have (looking at my stats right now) 26.5 hours in this game. i've killed nearly a thousand people, and i've harvested 30,000 pounds of meat. i have found that while it doesn't come as naturally to me as it did when i was a kid, some games are still able to draw me in to a point where i get lost in the world. this is one of those games.

there is a clear difference. not so much in the first 2 image comparisons (those are cut scene photos), but in the rest it's night and day. the ps3 version is missing items, looks more fuzzy (likely due to lower resolution) and things in the distance lose way more detail....
you get to pick your publisher. they are one of the biggest names in the industry. if activision wasn't willing to agree to their terms (they'd be fools not to) then someone else would have. take two, ubi, ea, bethesda, etc...
activision wants the money...they're perfectly happy to allow creative control in the hands of a company they know will make them that money.
gta was a marvel. just because ppl weren't smart enough to disable the friends calling you feature doesn't mean the game was bad. i agree with some of the complaints about gta, but certainly not to any extent that it should lose points.

it says halo 3 is 8.1 mil on 360 when it's actually closer to 11. it says mw2 sold 7.5 mil when it's closer to 10. if those numbers are that far off, i'm sure the rest of are just as off.
