It has a greater selection but Xbox does charge players to play Xbox and Xbox 360 games, any exciting games you know is playable. All x360 games for Gold is playable on X1. I'm expecting Xbox scarlett to do the same and let you play the backlog of Games for gold for X360 and X1.

If they make a controller peripheral for the Surface Neo and Duo then it becomes a 3DS/Switch whic will stream games.
With the Surface Neo and Duo coming in 2020, im guessing that they are going to make that device the forefront of the of Xcloud.
If the game was barebones then that's a reason to worry but Gears 5 is a jam-packed game. Most people were there for the Campaign, which delivered in spades.
