it's easy to fall for the hype for this game and when I saw the gameplay demo the first time, I was intrigued. But there are glaring issues with this game already.
If the game was a full game then the excitement would have been warranted but unfortunately the game is split in several parts and so far nothing has been shown for the section after Shinra.

They weren't supposed to be. It was a tech demo, not something that going to be in the game in that form. It was a demo of the tech showing what it could do and what it will do.
Where Crackdown 3 went wrong was the inclusion of multiplayer as a legitimate game mode. In this day and age, of online multiplayer Crackdown never stood a chance to even captivate an audience so adding a multiplayer-only mode was quite a waste of resources.
Warcraft 3 is one of the best games of all time and this remaster is the perfect way of honoring that game. Unlike FF7 remake which completely disrespects its legacy by altering everything about it.

Shadow of the colossus, Halo anniversary and rachet and clank are perfect examples of how to make a remaster without pissing off fans.
It is ideal that games do not stray from the formulae that have been imprinted into the game. Some quality of life improvement is welcomed but more than that. The game is being remastered because its a masterpiece and only the graphics are acceptable to improve.
