I will predict that the Xbox One will be abandoned by the end of this year but Xbox one X will still be continued because its a console that still has the power to handle next-gen games. There is nothing to worry about.
Mental issues are a serious issue, not an agenda forced being people. Mental issues are understandable and relatable because most of us suffer from it in one form or another. When playing Hellblade there were parts I could relate to and made understand and appreciate that the Dev was trying to achieve.
This is one of those "self-made gaming journalists" putting out a fluff piece that say almost nothing. Times like these I'm glad I have Adblocker.
@Chevalier
"I asked you why it wasn't that big a deal to purchase Insomniacs yet you can't answer that without making other stuff along the way."
If you think i was making stuff up along the way then think again. I was giving context and not driving the discussion somewhere else.
"Just look at the type of games that you apparently don't think matter made by Insomniacs then look at how those little games seem awfully si...
"No, I understand exactly what you were trying to say. You were being selective in focusing on the PlayStation exclusives and entirely pretending the other games they have made over recent years didn't exist at all."
I made it clear that I'm not talking about small indie, mobile, and VR games. They made them, there is no denying that but they are not the type of games that will take 200 of their Dev to make instead, only a handful would work on those side ...
They will release next-gen games on current systems but not the XB1 instead they will support the Xbox One X instead. Because why would they abandon a console that is still powerful enough to run games at 4K, I can see the X1X last another 2 years.
Gamepass is offering too many new games for people to consider even having a Psnow
"Sony need to acquire Remedy"
Of course, because Remedy has a stronger tie with Sony than with Microsoft.
I would call it an acquisition that made no difference. I'm not salty, instead, I'm happy that they are finally part of Sony. But Sony did not gain anything of value from Insomniac's IPs because they already owned the best game insomniac makes Ratchet, and Clank, Resistance, and Spiderman.
It seems, that you don't understand what I was trying to say. You are choosing to be selective with what you said.
"They have worked on more multiplats than they have worked on PS exclusives this generation."
Exactly this "Generation". Insomniac has been making PS exclusives since the PS1 days with Spyro, Ratchet, and Clack for PS2, Resistance series for PS3 and Spiderman for PS4.
I had to google 6 out of the 8 ...
"Okay there. They only made the GREATEST selling superhero game of all time and sold 13.2 million copies doing it."
It was a PlayStation exclusive, not a multiplatform game. So their purchase did not get them the spiderman rights, Sony already had it. Nothing was really gained from the acquisition, one thing that could be called a gain would be the Sunset Overdrive IP, which according to Sony fans is mediocre.
"I said Xbox would get a free pass for 3rd party...
Indeed, a guy who made sense. It's a shame that most Sony fans don't understand what you're saying.
It's that your argument....how disappointing.
If Ms had only bought those studios only then yeah it's a similar acquisition but they didn't.
They have bought:
Ninja theory
Complusion games
Obsidian
Inxile
Double fine
Created:
The initiative
World's edge
Only 2 out of 9 studios they recently acquired and build was making MS exclusives only.
Nearly all...
It would be a great acquisition if they werent making PS exclusives. The fact that they worked on PlayStation exclusives for years already made them part of the team. The deal felt like, "oh finally, they are now officially part of PlayStation"
Ninja theory was broke back then so they let Sony have the right to the game which NT were not keen on. We would have had a sequel by then but now it would happen that now that they are part of XGS
I was hoping they were working on something else. This is an experimental title made for storytelling experiences.
It's exclusive to the Microsoft platforms.
@rice
"I don't even think Spurg and the rest of these guys even know what an exclusive is."
Let's see if that term is still clear to you when the rumour about PS games releasing on pc is true.
People need to realize this is coming out On Xbox one, Xbox: Series X and PC so it's poised to be the largest exclusive launch.
Some people are acting like E3 is worthless and not worth it anymore. This is a complete joke. I can feel their reluctance when they write stupid comments like this.
E3 was our Superbowl, our oscar, our Christmas....and I can bet my house that every single gamer out there always looked forward to it every year. Sure there were some disappointments years but that doesn't mean we have to axe the show....how stupid is that?
The only reason why people are slamming ...
It didn't stop games like Gears 5 and Forza horizon 4.
