The fiscal year for Japan is from April 1st until March 31st. If they will drop price, that is a good time as it will show maximum profitability for their next fiscal year as they will have a full year to show off what they are able to sell. I could be talking out of my rear, but this is what I have heard.
Here is Japan you are lucky if you see a movie for less than ¥3,100 ($31~), so $20 is nothing to complain about. Normally Blu-ray's are close to ¥4,500 ($45~).

I am confused with this rumor. How can they drop the Blu-ray function when all Playstation 3 games are made on Blu-ray? I understand they can start developers on a track of putting them on DVDs, but that wouldn't work in so many ways I couldn't even list them all.
I am not sure how one could be scared by this game when there is always a chance you can be revived by your partner. There is no suspense in that form of play. I can see one getting freaked out, however, when you are trying to down a 400 pound freak with the clunky controls they pasted in there.
Those are three of the best games you could offer up for the system too. Best Buy really do know how to sell products. Sony might want to take a few notes. :p

That number would probably be higher if Infinity Ward didn't stiff the PS3 version of service. I sold my copy because of that and have no intention of purchasing Modern Warfare 2 unless they show they will support it.
I am not sure you are allowed to do this, but at my university there were, what seemed like, a group of dorms that had gotten together to purchase installed DSL for their specific dorm. I am assuming it was because of the really slow and crappy connections that were abound at the time. Not to mention that was during the whole 'students getting subpoenaed for court due to illegal downloading' era. If you are able, and can afford it, you might want to see if that is a possibility for your dorm....

I am thinking with the recent comments by one of the developers at Rockstar, that the next installment could be exclusive to the Playstation 3 due to space restrictions. Had the sales not been so equal, i.e. it being more sold on the 360, then I could see that being a hindrance to Sony. But, seeing as though they both sold equally, I can see Rockstar actually taking the gamble to go with more size amidst the possibility in losing sales. Although I don't really care enough to scrutinize numbers, I am curious to see exactly what the figures relating to this are. Almost every site I go on there are kids claiming to be on their 3rd or 4th 360 after certain "complications" brought them to purchase another one. I am sure it is not that common, but I would like to know just for the sake of it.

The only thing 'stagnant' that I saw was Infinity Ward's support for the Playstation 3 version of Modern Warfare. Which is why I sold it, because it was basically non-existent. What support they did offer was minuscule, and often spoiled the game further. Treyarch seems to have gone the opposite direction in supporting their customers, from what I hear anyway. Until Infinity Ward shows that same support, Modern Warfare...
And adding sections of games you are playing, with the ability to meet new friends to play those games, will make Home a great addition to the PSN.
I don't see why people are getting upset about the question. It's a perfectly legitimate question asking your opinion. My opinion is it does by far take the crown.
