Why? Because more people want what PS4 has to offer regardless of if you think they should or not.

Sounds like some PR crap. Because the PC probably has to emulate all the weird bullshit Nintendo is using in it's NX. At this point, there is nothing I can read on the internet that will make Nintendo's latest offering sound good to me. I will be waiting for an actual release from Nintendo so I can see things with my own eyes.
Understand that this game absolutely CANNOT live up to it's own hype. Everyone who has been harping on Square to make this game and then after all this time plays this game is going to hate it. I played FF7 all the way through 1 time when it came out and haven't looked back at it since. So i'll play the game and probably like it. But all you poor fools...lol

Microsoft still isn't closing the sales gap even with this "great catalogue" of AAA titles.
As long as Nintendo continues to release consoles outside the normal release cycle so they can "not compete with Sony and Microsoft" they will continue to get minimal 3rd party support and minimal support from the general market and they will continue to lose money.

I found it seeming to try to be TO MUCH in-your-face. The swearing seemed forced in the dialogues, the whole game just seemed to really be trying to appeal to the Red Bull crowd, and even then OVERLY so. When I played, I would literally turn off the sound and just listen to music and that made the game much better.
I disagree. I think Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo should be able to pay up a little extra for exclusive content that their respective audiences might be in favor of. I don't think DLC for a specific platform is going to convince anyone (a VERY small minority at most) to choose one console over another if their sights are set on a specific console already.

It's not an "over processed" look. It's clarity. Did you see The Hobbit in 48fps and in 3D? It was the most amazing visual experience ever presented on a movie screen. It looked as though it were happening right in front of you. literally like you were seeing this stuff happen in real life.

Exactly. I didn't buy a PS4 so I could play last-gen games on it. That's why I kept my PS3 and 360.
Profitability. There is none. MS puts up big bucks to a publisher for exclusive rights, but it seems they don't have the audience to make that money back.
