lol. are they kidding? one of my friends who works at gamestop claimed they preorded 5700 copies (just for the 360 version mind you) from retailers in alabama alone (yeah i live in alabama dont laugh). gta 4 sold more than half a million copies in the uk and britain alone on launch day, and now for some magical reason its sales are dissapointing?
ninja gaiden is a great game but its not a system seller. it will be kickass, dont get me wrong but for casuals it is not so hot. maybe its the difficulty or lack of interesting storyline. God of War 3 appeals to both these aspects. so i think sony has the hack and slash covered. as for gears well gears will be unmatched but one game isn't really gonna make people buy more systems especially if its a sequel.
while i agree that if gta 4 had been a ps3 timed exclusive it would have hurt the 360 alot, this article is nothing more than flamebait. the 360 has plenty of good titles to worth justifying the price tag for, but i also consider that gta 4 is the most hardcore casual game on the market. it is definitely a system seller. but with take 2 having financial trouble the most logical step was to make a multiplat game for financial reasons. no biggie, ps3 has a better lineup than the 360 and the 360...

Oot is definitely one of my top ten but it is not the best in my eyes. the best game ever made is completely subjective to each person and in their respective genre. wow your sure full of hot air. Triple A games are a matter of opinion really. Rachet and Clank was definitely a Triple A game to me but it did not receive the recognition it deserved. Assasins Creed received triple a game status and that game was repetitive and boring. It is all a matter of opinion. come to think of it. i had more fun with Rachet and Clank last year than any other game on any platform. i got both versions, mostly because i have friends and family members on both consoles and i want the exclusive content on both platforms. i play mostly the single player on ps3, and the multiplayer on XBL, but your right its not compelling enough to drop the campaign.

i see reviews for mario kart wii were not as good as expected, but then again that is a 15 year old IP. this is the second reviewer that states that the ps3 version has a better lighting and textures, which is funny cause i thought it would be the other way around. good to see ps3 owners get the better port this time around.

the xbox 360 has been around for 2 years already, yet it only has a 6 million lead on the ps3. what happened? it effectively sold less consoles its second year even though it had the best lineup of games availible. what happened?
