Anybody that buys a PS3 this holiday season can get 3 great games immediately: MGS4, R2, and LBP. All AAA titles.

Fable 2 is a great game and it's on a console that has had a long time to generate a large install base.

The PS3 is actually a video game console first and foremost.
I can't believe that the second highest rated game( actually the best so far because GTA4 was overhyped) LBP is coming out in a matter of days and soon Resistance 2, with two good games in addition( SOCOM and MS2 and still some of you say the PS3 is a blu ray player.
this is SE's last PS3 exclusive so it has to stay somehow.
and if people buy the PS3 for movies more power to Sony.

THE ONLY REASON the xbox360 has this lead in software is because
1. It had a headstart, enough to make the launch titles of other consoles seem poor to it's already growing library
2. MS had no competition to deal with in those years making it easy to establish itself as a primary console and have a larger install base.

the PS3 is harder to develop for but not impossible to get rightas shown by REAL QUALITY DEVS.
Use the PS3 as lead platform and just do your work instead of geting payed to do bend some rules.

So he implies that there is a trend, but it won't apply to Microsoft? Why would Sony leave the gaming industry when they are one of the companies with the most sucess. I mean lookat the PS1 and PS2.
The PS3 had a slow start, not all companies are perfect, look at Nintendo and how they got their @ss handed to them by a rookie(Sony) and they had to go casual just to stay sucessful, look at the xbox, and now look at the RROD and how they are losing their headstart.
but can somebody tell my what big exclusive is coming after Gears of War 2? (don't say Banjo please)
Anyways both consoles will have plenty of games this holiday season.
