343, Coalition, Rare, Turn 10, Playground, Obsidian, Ninja Theory, and Initiative are all AAA capable studios. I think Compulsion games is also AAA capable, not sure about their track record though.
Pretty sure he means in terms of capability. God of War and horizon require very powerful systems to run, just like RDR2.
I tried it for the first time yesterday on Gamepass. I dove off the plane and landed directly on the first floor of a textureless building. As I walked around the rest of the building popped in above my head. I saw severe pop-in issues every match, I don't understand if I was just unlucky or is this game actually that bad...

I would argue the inverse is true for digital games. Many publishers remove the initial release versions from digital stores and force you buy "complete editions" years after release, using it as an excuse to charge full price.

That's unrelated to Fortnite. Even if they could foresee the buggyness of PUBG it's not like they could invest that money in Fortnite. Seems like an unnecessary plug you added there.
