I agree that Halo 4 and 5 failed to capture the magic of the Bungie Halo games but neither were garbage by any means. I don't know how you could possibly compare it to COD where you're basically playing a linear interactive movie and it's the same military story over and over. Halo 5 has plenty of open sandbox missions where you can approach an encounter from multiple directions, the gameplay is tactical as always where different enemies have to be take...

What? both are rated very positively on metacritic and shit on any modern shooter when it comes to content. The quality is only low compared to the past glory of Halo not to other games in the market. Clearly you don't play Halo because Halo 5 is widely regarded as the best one of the best multiplayer shooters, even by the critics. The issue was almost exclusively with the campaign and the direction of the story.
They need to make a true sequel to Ninja Gaiden 2, that was the most satisfying combat I've experienced in a hack n slash game.
As long as it doesn't impact gameplay and is just a fun visual change. The last thing I want is third person animations in an FPS.
Both those games were not shy in the sales department considering Xbox has the lowest user base. Judging by the 2 million Steam sales of MCC and Infinite being confirmed for PC it could very well be a golden year. Only question is whether they will do the game justice.
Looks like PS2, but i like the amount of enemies you fight at once.
Can't wait for Legend of Delta!
:(
Is that your anticipation rising or you just happy to see me ;)
Wtf when was this announced? I mean it was expected but why didn't she announce is during their so many shows this year??
Well as someone who avoided COD pretty much this whole gen and criticized the same rehashes every year, I have to say this one finally made enough changes to warrant attention. It's not a reinvention or anything, but that's never going to happen again anyway with this franchise.
Oh this moronic site again whining about something they're not interested in the first place.
I feel the opposite. ADS is so prevalent now that every ADS shooter feels the same. Halo's shooting is strafing based and you still have zoom, you just don't slow down. It only feels terrible to people who have their muscle memory developed from playing too much COD/Battlefield and every other shooter now days. I mean I can understand that, but I've noticed whenever I play split-screen Halo with my friends who aren't used to playing Halo they immediately feel frustrated that t...
Yes! The maps I created myself so many years ago were there available to download and play in again. It's amazing. I haven't tried this with Halo 3/4 btw, but Reach for sure has it so i'm sure the others are there too.
"Gears Tactics will take place before the first Gears of War game and is being developed to offer around 40 hours of campaign gameplay."
Wow this is a full-fledged game that actually looks great! They really need to start marketing it more.
I think there's always a possibility that it could turn into a bad GAAS model, but right now and for the foreseeable future that's not the case, so it deserves the support because it's undeniable value. If it ever turns bad I will stop supporting it simple as that, but there's no need to criticize it prematurely.
Runs buttery smooth, it was amazing to open up fileshare and see all my saved maps from 8 years ago!
This looks way better than I was expecting. I believe they also confirmed an Xbox One version later.
This is amazing reveal trailer wow
That sounds like a statement straight from your a$$, no one ever said that.
