@bubblegum
Yeaa actually I rlly wanna try starhawk. Ive been playing killzone 3 multiplayer demo and that's pretty good too.
meh, with the money i save from not buying games for my ps3 i just buy 2-3 years of live easily.
Ps3 has some awesome games but all the good ones are single player, i get by with borrowing/renting them.
Gears of war and halo are all i play online, even after 5 years i still play halo 3 time to time so i know halo 4 will keep me occupied for years to come.
yea ok so they got paid a little by microsoft to lose millions of dollars as well as fans on the ps3? Ah, the f****n idiots of modern day.
haha yeaa i thought that was what the article was gonna be about
Finally a review that takes the game as it is, no bullshit trolling.
There's a total difference. Counting halo anniversary is like counting call of duty on psvita. Cod=same game released 8 times in 8 years, halo=3 times in 6 years, plus odst if u wanna count it. You can't stick to technicality and say "oh it's annual", firstly halo reach came out 2 years after odst (which was not a full halo game), and now it's been two years for halo 4.
Lastly, i don't know what more 343 has to do to convince people halo 4 is di...
It's not randomness or "nooby", the waypoint just keeps it fast paced and poses a challenge for the top player.
It also regulates the action expertly, everyone sub-consciously wants to go to the waypoint so camping becomes redundant, and its not just giving the players easy kills because going after the leader they have to be careful of other players coming there too, or a third player can pop out and take them both out.
I've done that many...
Because it was experimental and was never developed or marketed as a full campaign. That's why people that treated it like a full campaign were disappointed and people that treated it like a unique expansion found it awesome.
It was lost somewhere in the middle, the price was was regular $60, but the multiplayer was just halo 3, the graphics were the same as halo 3, and there was no label to differentiate it as a separate game.
There's no way to even...
most underrated game of the year! fact!
i'm not saying underhyped or underanticipated, but definately underrated.
Thus far it has exceeded all my expectations so unless it goes into my mind to undo what i've experienced already i can't understand what problem some idiot critics have with it.
"Silicon Knights has also been ordered to recall and destroy every unsold copy of Too Human and X-Men: Destiny at its own expense."
hmmm that's interesting, they should hand those copies out for free or find some way of getting them to gamers. I just find the destruction of those games to be a waste, they're playable games if anything and people would still like to play them.
I would like that too but i wanna go place to place, human colonies to Requiem to Halo rings. But i would like the halo rings landscape to look different, there's many unexplored rings left, I don't want all of them to look like the Canadian rockies.
Speaking of which, i really want to see a place with completelyy distinct geography next time. Backwash from halo 2 is a great example (but perhaps more beautiful). A dose of random geography with trees the shape of spira...
halo is a better game than bioshock, to me, and i've finished all games in both franchises. There's certain aspects of bioshock that are better and vice versa, but the depth of halo's universe, the music, the multiplayer, customization options, perfect controls, co-op options, and etc etc make it amazing.
I finished bioshock twice, and bioshock 2 once and yes they were greattt but it was maybe 50 hours of my life spent in that franchise. Whereas i play even halo ...
And you're exactly the problem!! People like you think u have already made the perfect judgement of halo by playing it a couple of times at a friends house. This is what halo fans are always trying to tell u people that halo is impossible to love without giving it sufficient time and understanding it's pillars. Its not a scripted eye candy game that can impress u in 5 minutes.
And to all the people agreeing with 5.5 and bullshitting about the guys opinion, I can guara...
lol the other hot post on n4g says there's already 4000 ppl playing halo 4 online so he may very well be playing it....stop trying to hate on it just cuz you see it's being loved.
@dmeador
agreee, it's a score not a mathematical percentage of the game worth. It literally doesn't mean shit besides getting people's attention.
When a reviewer gives 10/10 he's implying he loved the game and it's an easy way to show it. When a reviewer has some personal issue with the game,the inner troll leads him to abuse his power and he gives the game an extreme noticeably low score, most probably to feel better about himself.
Now this is the type of post n4g should be allowing!! so many troll articles and useless pathetic posts have been pouring in lately it's ridiculous.
Awesome jobb
I wanna take these idiot authors and reviewers and smother them with a pillow, how about that?
I feel ashamed just clicking on this damn article more so than pokemon and dance central
nooo canada?, our home and native land:(
it's true, even my casual friends play only these two games. Man do i feel sorry for introducing them to Cod4...
Sameee. I haven't bought a cod game since cod4, borrowed all the rest of them
