This article is kind of redundant. Destiny is NOT an MMO, it has MMO features but it's not the type of MMO where hundreds of players walk around in one world. Bungie have said it many times already.
The comparison is really unnecessary.
Both fanboys are pathetic, the xbox fanboys are taking it to another level, they need to understand it's just business. MS got an ex-Sony company to make an exclusive for them andd they've been getting Cod exclusive content for years.
But let's also not forget the PS fanboys, they're being very arrogant because of a little exclusive content which bungie has even said will come to xbox eventually. They still hate on halo and claim Destiny is 10 times better jus...
Destiny in september! Halo MCC in October! and Far Cry 4 in November! oh mann i'm excited.
Sunset Overdrive I'm gonna try first and probably buy in December if there's a good deal.
wtf okay....
Well you couldn't have been a fan regardless by playing co-op just fun. Its a game you have to invest yourself in, and when you do, great things happen!
Biggest problem I've seen with new people trying halo is that they're used to the standard COD controls. Many of my friends who tried playing got frustrated with the lack of iron sight and their first reaction was "oh this game sucks". That's a blasphemy to halo, its played like an arena shooter and ...
One of the best FPS games ever conceived.
I can't believe how much attention they're paying to this. It shouldn't even be called a remake, it's like a reincarnation.
lol wtf, they're not allowed to copy themselves?
Yea i thought so too, it sucked how it wasn't even nominated for any GOTY categories because of the release timing.
If some a-holes actually pay for this I want their name and number so I can call then and give them a detailed explanation of how frickin stupid they are. Seriously don't ruin it for the rest of us by allowing EA to do this shit!
It's a bullshit argument either way, whether an xbox fanboy or PS fanboy. Most people here will buy maybe 30% of the games actually coming out, but they take pride in games they won't even buy just to they can feel better about themselves.
Wtf do sales have to do with games? So for ARGUMENT'S SAKE, if the xbox did have alot more games you're gonna feel better that PS4 is doing better in sales while Xbox players enjoy playing their games?
That would be pretty sad.
From what I've heard he just does it in the suit and the suit disposes of it somehow. But that also begs the question does he actually take his helmet off and eat like normal ppl?
Yea his character is meant to be the way it is. They was he was trained and the shit he's been through has made him this way. Most spartans are generally quiet and direct because their emotions are subdued.
If they force him to be too talkative or eccentric it would be against the halo canon. And if you look at halo 4 he did develop quite a bit, he's definitely going to be different in halo 5.
Lol that's exactly what I came to write
Well halo is my most beloved entertainment franchise of all time, but I agree with you there. A top quality halo every couple of years is fine with me.
But quality and value don't always determine the price. The value of a brand or franchise carries a lot of weight, call of duty has been rehasing for years and still selling. A game could be garbage quality wise but if people are willing to buy it then it'll be priced at maximum. That fact that Titanfall was made by Cod4 developers was a probably a huge factor in setting the price, they were confident that people wanted it and were wiling to pay $60.
It shouldn't ...
Well that should be a standard, but in multiplayer only games it should be even more standard. Don't forget we're already paying for xbox live and PSN to play multiplayer which should be accounted for in the cost.
I think a fair assessment would be looking at the size and scope of the game. For games like Skyrim it's more justified due to the sheer amount of content and replay value. For multiplayer games they gotta be epic in size, like mmos, or 60 players battl...
The only problem with your comment is you're talking about fantasy, there's no such thing as a finally fantasy collection, I really don't understand why you're doing that. You can't just make up a hypothetical collection/game and compare it to something actually being released you know what I mean? If u feel the god of war collection is better for you personally then sure you're totally entitled to saying that, technically speaking though I don't think it comes clo...
I just bought an XB1 and I'm damn happyy
Yea it seems like the author is just a die heart WoW fan who took it to heart when bungie said Destiny has MMO qualities. He makes some bogus assumption that it's somehow trying to overtake Wow and uses that as an excuse to write all this.
