The shooting in borderlands comes nowhere close to destiny, I would say the exact opposite of what you said. I really don't understand how people can't feel the difference shooting the gun, its so accurate and visceral in destiny I feel satisfied.
Exactly, if it was the exact same game with no mmo elements or all the things its trying to do, it would still be a 9 easily. People forget how amazing the gunplay is. Borderlands is great but the shooting comes nowhere close, it felt weak just shooting the gun borderland for some reason i can't figure out. This feels like I'm playing a AAA shooter in an RPG. Well that's the thing, it LOOKS like just another FPS, but when you start playing it slowly and slowly sucks you in. It's not easy to explain unless you experience it for yourself. I mean you can make that comment about any game pretty much, it's not a movie where you can just look at it and decide if it's good.
Well regardless of how good the game may or may not be, he didn't just play a random 10 minutes of the game. The demos are prepared specifically to convince people to like the game and showcase what the experience will be like. They wouldn't hide features intentionally, they've made it pretty clear what the game will be like and for those that are cool with it, great for them.
