suck very much so. Sad, but very true. I doubt this game will even be as much fun as SuperMan The Movie The Game... or whatever it ended up being called.
I've also always like merc games. It'll be interesting to see how this one turns out.

I've never gotten into any of them, I tried Everquest but got bored in a month. However, I've seen some of the Star Wars Galaxies and found it intriguing, and FFXI looked sorta cool, except for the fact that it's the same thing over and over again. I want an MMO where people can be different, do different things, and not all be the same basic character with different weapons and whatnot. I want a MMO that really lets each character do its own thing.

Condemned was a lot of fun. I'd have to take breaks to get over the spooky when I first started playing it... which wore off mostly towards the end.
You have to make 1,500 gamer points within the 2 month limit to qualify, then those points and the points you have made in the past year (they say "annual gamer score") decide what level you earned. The points you have now DO matter, as long as you make the minimum 1,500 gamer points in the 2 months.
For instance, I have almost 6,000 gamer points right now (all of which I've earned in the past year). If I make 1,500 gamer points by the end, I will qualify for level 2 rewards...
I'm hoping Huxley ends up meeting my expectations... and I hope 2 Days to Vegas gets finished.
...way before the demo or the Halo 3 invite. I always thought it looked and sounded like a good, fun game. I'm just glad the game seems to be delivering on the promises it made over a year ago.

I actually have a week off starting Feb 12th. I'll be getting at least 1,500 gamer points for sure... I hope. I guess I'll have to rent NBA 2K6.
...I've got to say that the 360 wouldn't be nearly as great as it is without the Xbox Live. I love booting it up, seeing a friend is playing GOW, my brother is playing Madden, so I decided to join on of the two... or put in R6:LV and do whatever I feel like... all while downloading a movie in HD, or a trial/demo game.
"Fair" doesn't matter. The UK may save the PS3.
...but I have to say that the PS3 does not need to be changed. BluRay does not need to be taken out. Sure, the PS3 costs quite a bit more than the 360 or the Wii, but what the PS3 does this generation is give us three unique, different consoles. The 360, to me, seems like the jack of all trades: great games, great graphics, great online service. The Wii is the "just for fun" console. All the games are sorta goofy, and will appeal to kids (some of them), women, and men who like women...
Even my wife was excited about that game. I just think it sounds like a lot of fun... and if they were to finish it, they could do something like Crackdown with the online co-op play, or even a MMO of sorts... cave man clans would be frikkin sweet.
