Well I would love to see Shenmue 3!
Can't wait for the PS4, but I do not like to see Sony has started to revert back to their old cocky ways.
This is only my opinion, but I do not see why Sony or Microsoft would use resources toward backwards compatibility. Both companies started out this generation supporting backwards compatibility, but then abandoned it due to cost and different business models. Very few consumers put up resistance to their decisions and until recently nobody seemed to care anymore. I would love to see both companies add backwards compatibility, but I do not believe they will do so. Only time will tell.....
Although I agree Microsoft will have to be on top of things next generation in order to keep their position, I see no reason the next Xbox will not do well. I can almost bet both the next Xbox and the PS4 will be pretty close performance wise, and I can guarantee they will both have great games.
Glad I own all current consoles and will own all next gen consoles. With that being said, I find it very interesting how the same people who put down Kinect are now praising what appears to be Sony's version of the camera. Interesting indeed.

Ah. I don't care how poorly the WiiU does. It will still have enough decent games to get me to buy one eventually. Not sure if I will have it before the next Xbox and Playstation offerings, but I will buy one. I will be happy with all three not matter what their sales amount to...
I will own both and could care less which one is "more powerful". Besides rumored specs are not to be taken as fact, in the end it really doesn't matter anyway as long as there are great games!
What is with all of these articles claiming every thing about the PS4 will be much better than anything the next Xbox has to offer. I do not recall either company releasing information or seeing any concrete evidence supporting the current rumors. I guess it really shouldn't matter to me as I will be buying and enjoying both consoles regardless of which does what better.
My doughnut has more sprinkles than your doughnut. Those of us who have both systems will be perfectly happy with the games released for each system...
First people complain Microsoft doesn't have enough first party studios and brag about how many Sony has. Then when information is given showing Microsoft now has more studios than Sony they claim they are not quality studios. Seriously? I would also like to ask how you can judge new studios when all of their projects are for the next generation?

I hate to tell you this but the latest financial report for Microsoft shows them doing better in every division (all of which have historically MADE money not loss) except for the home and entertainment devices division which includes Xbox. Think you need to check your facts.
I just played through this game again last year, still love it to this day!

Xenoblade Chronicles, my favorite wii game, is nowhere near the graphical level of the Xbox 360 and PS3. Not sure where you are getting the idea the wii is at the same level of the other two. Does it matter? No. Just find your rational interesting at the most.

I am not sure if I trust these screen shots. Obviously the PC version will look better when compared to current consoles, but I find it hard to believe Crysis 3 will look worse than Crysis 2 on Xbox. I question if these screen captures portray what the game really looks like on the Xbox.
I would love for Shenmue 3 to be made, but I refuse to get my hopes up once again.
