Wow, that looks like a great game...
Maybe it was someone's kid who just rang up his parent's credit card, and is now in for the biggest ass wooping of his life...
It sounds like they want to introduce backward compatibility like Microsoft, but they want to market the games a 'remastered'. Very deceptive in terms of marketing if true.
Aside from the download issues in the store, I just don't like the way it looks/feels. Hopefully it will be a complete overhaul, and end up looking somewhat like the Xbox store.

If you are still basing success of Xbox or PlayStation on consoles sold, then you are not understanding the transformation that is happening in the industry, both, on the hardware level (PC/Laptop/Smart Phones) and the services level. Next generation is where it will be clear, that it is all about Xbox Live and PlayStation Network, and where you can access these services, not console hardware, although consoles will still play a role to a degree.
Microsoft is now a true competitor in the game development space. This is pretty exciting. Looking forward to seeing what next gen holds for MS. Now all they need to complete the pie, is to buy Remedy.

But what if your submarine has a screen door?
If I buy any war game this holiday season, it will be WW3, not this tripe.

Xbox One has an early access program, while PS4 does not. That's why it was on Xbox One first, not because of silliness.
I haven't bought the game yet, but after seeing all of the negative comments over the last week, regarding how boring the game is, I'm in no hurry to pick it up.
You really can't trust reviews any longer, since you have no idea if game reviewers are helping said developer market their game, or if it's just a genuine review.
I loved this game. It had the best atmosphere of all the Halo games. The soundtrack was awesome too.
Well hopefully when they go under, THQ Nordic will pick up The Darkness I.P, and then we might see it on next gen consoles. Why the first game isn't on Xbox 360 back compat or on PC makes no sense to me.
I was looking forward to this game, but it really doesn't look all the good.
Lol
Steam is safe for now, since they have so many games available in their marketplace, but they are certainly under attacked from multiple angles now. EA has completely pulled out of Steam, and hasn't released a game onto their marketplace since Bad Company 2/ Mass Effect 2. Now you have Activision who will no longer be releasing Call of Duty and other games I assume, onto Steam.
If Take Two or Ubisoft decide to follow suit, then Steam will be under serious threat of losi...
One area that Sony will have to start taking seriously, is the PC space, and expanding the PSN. There are a lot of people out there who discount what Microsoft has been doing with Xbox Live with regards to cross-platform integration, backwards compatibility and Game Pass, but in the last 4 years, they have built up an extremely robust network with all kinds of great features..
When you compare what Microsoft had done with all of the features that integrate the Xbox 360, Xb...
Maybe the company should change its name to EA - Early Access....
Agreed, Bioware is toast. CEO Andrew Wilson is completely ruining the company, and the shareholders don't even understand what's going on.
Not good. I won't be supporting game companies that cater to communist regimes.
Its good to see a major publication tell the truth on a game like this.
