5G is supposedly going to make todays internet speed look ridiculous. Everything in the future, whether it be game streaming and self driving cars hinges on 5G, which is why Microsoft is going big into game streaming at this point in time. 5G speeds are essentially instant, so game streaming will be very effective when 5G is mainstream.
WaW was arguably the best WW2 game ever made. The campaign was gritty, it had 4 player campaign co-op, it brought zombies into the series, and the multiplayer maps were pretty much all excellent. This was back when CoD games were packed full with content, making them the best value by far in gaming. WaW is a gem in a series that hasn't been any good since Black Ops 2.
I think there is some truth to this, although it may not necessarily be console sales where Microsoft comes out on top. They are going after Xbox Live subscriptions and GamePass subscriptions, and this is where they will dominate. Whether you are on PC, Xbox One (Original, S, X or Scarlet), or smart phones, they will have to most complete and compelling ecosystem.

In case Valve hasn't noticed, China and the USA are stuck in a trade war, with China making comments that it should sink two US Aircraft Carriers, to diminish the American presence in the South China sea. Sony needs to hire the people building this emulator, and then bring all of their PS3 games to PC. I would be surprised if Sony doesn't expand services to PC by the halfway point of next generation. Microsoft already has everything in-place, ready to go, although they are still working on improving the Microsoft store on PC.

God of War 4 is my pick. There's no way that you can take a legendary established game franchise, with gameplay that made it the best hack & slash game ever made, and then turn it into a walking simulator, where you throw an axe, while you protect your child. Brand loyalty was hard at work with reviewers and PlayStation gamers alike. People have made themselves believe that Sony Santa Monica can do no wrong.
I just don't get what people see in this series. I bought the first one on PS3, and the gun play was okay, but everything else was lackluster. There was no storyline built into the game, so you had to go online to read about the lore. Beyond that, the game is just a grind for loot. What I did like however, were some of the multi-player maps, which played extremely well, but I still don't get why anyone would put hundreds or thousands of hours into this game.

Well we know that EA is publishing it, so this game is already DOA. I hope people don't get hyped for this game, like they have the last couple of StarWars games, before they released. On a personal note though, I have to say that StarWars just isn't what it used to be, and it really hasn't interested me since Disney bought the franchise.
Looks cool, but if it isn't as powerful as a next gen xbox or playstation, or if the price is significantly higher, then this thing is DOA.
Its also DOA if it ends up just being a PC with windows 10 and some client software. It has to be a dedicated console with essentially its own custom OS and unique user interface.
You never know, it could be a refreshing new console that competes in the big leagues, or it could be a complete waste of time.

It sucks that Intel is so lame when it comes to GPU technology. Imagine if there was an actual 3rd competitor....
A card that is close to the launch price of the 2080, but without ray tracing and DLSS technology.... No thanks. Drop the VRAM down to 8 or 11GB, and drop the price to between $500.00 & $550.00, and then I might take a look at it.
But even then, we have no idea what the GTX 1180 is going to come in at price wise, so even if AMD does release a Radeon 7 with less VRAM, most people will wait to see what Nvidia comes back with.
