So there is hope after all :D
What's wrong with white male protagonists, and why does it matter? Could you imagine if IGN had of made that comment towards any other race? Wow!
Great campaign in MW2, but I wouldn't touch the remaster without spec-ops co-op and multiplayer. They did a pretty good job with CoD4 remastered, so they should have just repeated the success they had there.
I'd say the Xbox gamers were smarter in this case.
How does the author know for sure that the game will "eventually" be fantastic? Going out on a limb I guess...
Looking forward to E3 this year, and to next gen. I'm probably going to skip the RTX 2XXX cards, and wait to see what Navi ends up being like, and also see what Nvidia comes out with around the time that the next Xbox/PS5 launches. I think right now is not the right time to upgrade, since the next gen consoles are still 1 1/2 plus years away, and by that time, GPU specs will no doubt be even higher.
As for consoles, i'm not sure that I will purchase the next Xbox, a...
Go back over the course of the last 6 months, and read the news about studio acqusituons...problem solved. My advice to Xbox Hub, is that they start reading the news.
These are publically traded companies, not social programs. In the free market, if you don't like their products, then don't buy them. Ultimately, if their games suck, gamers wont buy, and the company's stock will crash, and in the case of EA and Activision, their stock is going down.
People who come in here knocking capitolism, seem to forget that there is no better system currently. European countries are top down heavy with government beaurocracy and massive...
The problem is that even though the PS4 is still selling well, it's starting to sell less, which means that Sony's share prices will start to drop, if they don't reach certain levels of revenue and profit. They will need to do something to grow revenue sooner rather than later.
Looks like either Forbes or EA has an army of disagree trolls out in force today.
Wow, Forbes is recommending a bad product?
Loot Boxes should be banned. There are lots of adults playing games, but there are also lots of kids playing these games, and this nothing less than gambling. Not to mention that we are talking about video games here, which should be simple, fun entertainment, not a casino in disguise.

Actually it's quite the opposite. For Microsoft to succeed, they need to produce content, especially if GamePass is to succeed. There is no guarantee that every publisher will continue to release games on GamePass, so they must guarantee continual content through their own means. This is why they are snapping up game developers. Rumors are out there , saying the Microsoft is far from done with studio acquisitions. To maintain GamePass on their own, without sup...
Too many games out there. Choose your games wisely, and play the best of the best. No time to waste on games built for shareholders.
It's bewildering how so many people can't see what is coming. Dedicated hardware is going to slowly go the way of the dodo bird. Part of this has to do with the fact that current gen and last gen consoles are still being updated and are still viable platforms, unlike past consoles, where the hardware was extremely limited. Additionally, the internet has only played a significant role in current and last gen console cycles, which also has extended their life spans, meaning that the ave...
@ Annoyedgamer
Thanks for the link....and yeah, it's DOA.
Dragon Age 4 is the last chance, then I believe they're done, if it flops.
Unfortunately, Bioware just isn't the same company it was after the release of Mass Effect 3. The founders of the company and most of the original staff are all gone. At this point, it's probably best just to put the company out of it's misery. Of course, if Dragon Age 4 becomes a massive hit, then perhaps they can make a comeback, but I'm skeptical to say the least.
As for EA, it's clear that they ruined Bioware, just like they ruined Visceral Games, a...
"It is? Based on what?"
Based on the low sales numbers, and based on the lack of interest from major developers, like EA, Ubisoft, Activision, 2K, Capcom, Xbox Game Studios, and pretty much every other medium to large developer.
The Initiative should hire her. She would be the capstone to what is turning out to be quite the roster within studio.
