MW2 was arguably the best CoD game ever released, along with World at War. That was the golden age for the series.

I skipped WW2, BO4, Infinite Warfare, and Ghosts. The last two major releases that I did buy were Advanced Warfare and BO3, and I was really not overly thrilled with either one.

Looks like Gears 5 has classes and you need to build up some meter to get special weapons. Not a great change for the franchise. This will no doubt piss off the fanbase.
