If Sony is preparing for war by purchasing one studio, the Microsoft must be preparing for nuclear war, based on the eight (8) studio acquisitions they've made over the last 2 years.
I would have to throw Crackdown 3, Killzone: Shadowfall, Infamous:Second Sun, Gran Turismo Sport, Mass Effect: Andromeda, the Order 1886, Battlefield 5, DriveClub, and Rainbow Six Seige on my list.

Well one thing is for sure, if the PS5 and Scarlett can do 4K/60 for between $499.00 and $649.00, then Nvidia and AMD should be lowering their discrete GPU prices. GPUs are the biggest rip-off right now. AIB versions of the RX 5700XT are starting at around $500.00, and the RX 5700 XT isn't even a capable 4K GPU. Instead, you need an RTX 2080 Super at least, which costs $700.00+ for the AIB models.
Xbox 360 is still a big part of the Xbox Live infrastructure, not just because of Backwards Compatibility, but also because of the fact that you can chat, add friends, send messages, view profiles and play games across Xbox One and Xbox 360.

They should release their back catalogue onto PC, with games like Resistance and Killzone. Playstation fans don't care about backwards compatibility, so Sony can just release new games on the latest Playstation hardware, and then make money from selling older games to the masses on PC and tablets/smart phones.
I find the fact that you can buy these games on PC to be very exciting. Hopefully Sony will follow suit, so we don't have to keep buying console iterations. Generational consoles are okay for simpletons and children, but the rest of us want to move on to bigger and better things.
Hopefully Geoff Keighley will be a Playstation exclusive. Keep him iff the PC version when it comes.

I doubt you've played any of 343 Studio's games. Halo 4 & 5 are better than most FPS shooters out there, and that is a fact.
Excellent list, only I would add the Resistance Trilogy, the God of War collection and Heavenly Sword. For online I would add MAG and Socom Confrontation, if it were ever possible to get some new servers up and running again.
I think they should just close the studio already. It will never be what it was ever again.

This kind of brand loyalty towards Sony, or any other company for that matter, is straight up brainwashed zombie-like behavior. Pretty scary stuff when people in society get this caught up in brand loyalty, and yet, they aren't shareholders or employees really gaining anything, they're just people who buy video games. Sad!
