Put every game on PS!!
They said it was going to be 3rd party games, so expectations not too high. But these were almost all small indies the equivalent of ‘Gamepass filler’ and not major 3rd part publisher games of AAA quality and budgets. I thought it was a disappointing show overall but I didn’t have much of an expectation to begin with considering what they said it would be. Still thought there would be more than Star Ocean or high funded games. Kind of felt like this show was more to put a spotlight on smaller...
F1 Race Stars was pretty good. Just saying
Isn’t resistance 3 on PSNow?
Almost half the tracks in nascar are road courses. They even run the f1 course at Indy…
I wouldn’t say zero experience as if it came from nothing. They were a motion picture studio before Kena. Kena is just their first video game, if that’s what you meant by zero experience in a game space anyway. They aren’t straight out of college
Probably not Halo, considering the single player isn’t coming out on release and the multiplayer is free to play
You agreed to that when you bought it digitally.
There’s over 800 games on PSNow. I can’t say that’s “a little more”
I’m do wonder why Sony would go back to game trials. It was something widely offered in the PS3 generation for ps plus subscribers, actually still offered on that platform, but didn’t continue with PS4
Your statement, along with others in the comments is exactly why PS games won’t arrive on PC day and date of the console release. It defeats the purpose of buying the console, as you had mentioned. Sony wants to sell PlayStation consoles for PlayStation games. They aren’t making games to convince you to buy a new graphics card for your pc. They want to sell you the PlayStation console for those games you desire, or wait over a year for them to release on PC and purchase them that way. Most di...
I’ll ask blindly. Which games, iconic characters, and franchises has Sony ‘taken’ from Xbox?
Spider-Man of Sony Pictures, or one game 10 years ago of Wolverine? Xbox fans have been waiting anxiously on the edge of their seat for 20 years after the Sony Spider-Man purchase or 10 years for the Wolverine sequel? Xbox lost nothing, they just aren’t going to have those titles since no 3rd party publishers where accepted to produce them. They weren’t ‘stolen.’ Wolverine wasn’t ev...
@thesoftware730
The only fingerprints Bluepoint has on an Xbox is the MGS collection (PS360) and the Titanfall port to 360, which both games were in the companies first 5 years. They’ve been a company for 15 years and have otherwise made games exclusively for PlayStation and published by Sony for the past 10 years. Bluepoint has never had a single game published by Microsoft or Xbox, yet every other game has been published by Sony. Bluepoint has been ‘engaged to be married’...
With all the social tension going on in the world currently, maybe you should have simply implied you’re from Canada.
Greetings from New England 🙂
The just had a 50% off sale for two weeks for a years subscription. I’m guessing you didn’t see the notification when you signed online? North American region anyway. Unsure if it was offered elsewhere
I doubt there even was a digital release. In 2009 most digital games were indies and it wasn’t until late in the console lifecycle that most AAA games got a digital release
It’s been shut down for months now. For the past year they’ve been going up only to be taken down a week later. Fortunately I got all the online trophies completed in lbp2 so I can still 100% the game. I’ll likely be one of the last in the world to do so
Having a studio on the Atlantic coast and a studio on the Pacific coast with the company having 275+ employees isn’t exactly a secret
Doesn’t insomniac have 2 studios? The California one and the other in Colorado?
EDIT: Their second studio is in South Carolina. I recall insomniac SC doing mobile games and a ratchet title (All 4 One?) while the California studio was working on Fuse with EA at the time. Either way insomniac has over 275 employees to put games out across the two studios
2 and 3 were the best of the series IMO. Perfect combo of action adventure, platforming, gunplay, crude humor. The first was full of fun platforming, but lacking of the rich atmosphere and conflict the sequels had with the character the main and 2nd characters the sequels also had. “Oooh hey Jackie boy,” “hey sweet stripes, give me your digits.” Yea, I loved the crude humor of 2 and 3
