I have no doubt that the PS4 could run this at 1080p@60hz. The question is more towards will Dice or whoever do the Battlefield games invest enough time and effort to achieve it.
It certainly would give bragging rights to PlayStation, if the XBox version is not full HD.
We really need to wait for awhile before any of us, PS'ers or XB'ers, get a feel for next-gen tech such as seemingly expressive characters faces and all of the little intricities that convey realism.

In some ways similar to the pre-launch PlayStation 3, until you realise it's not really. You see the PS3 had built in potential, and was really more powerful than its rivals. The XBone is weaker, and unnessecarily complicated to get performance from it, amazing when you consider the sharedbasic components between it and PS4.

Seriously though, it certainly could be a first class experience if MS balance a profitable business model, with respect for gamers. Its a decent enough machine, but lies and deceit are off putting.
