Yup, I like Phil Spencer. The X1 is a very attractive proposition.
I noticed MS/Sony held back a lot of games. Maybe for future events this year.

However, even without the 'fluff', Sony stole the show in IMO :)
MS may have won the show in an alternate parallel universe...but Sony won E3 in the REAL World.
Both had a good showing, but Sony had the stronger 3rd party presence & Sony IP's crushed MS'.

Sony made my jaw drop with UC4. It looked almost film quality. I'm not surprised at all some people were 'hoping' it was CGI.

The problem is the target hardware developers/publishers used at a time when the final specs of this gen were shrouded in secrecy.
Most if not all target footage is generated on very powerful PC's. Console owners need to temper expectations. PS4/Xbox One will never compete with a super spec PC, they're simply not designed to.
PC owners can quit comparing to consoles too. For our $399, I believe these systems are doing a fantastic job at realizing the...

Yeah I can kinda agree on the whole N. American PR thing, it happens, but that is no excuse as far as consumer relations, ultimately leading to brand mistrust. If we're totally candid, surely we can agree MS seem to be making more PR mishaps than Apple, Sony & Google put together.

Really enjoyed Xbox E3 2013, tons of games and concepts that are now closer to realization. Quantum Break has me peeping over the fence ;)
Mass Effect series could do with a remaster. The series was incredible, but the textures were muddy close up and in cut scenes.
Also, ME loading could improve, particularly ME1 (Lifts), which were kinda long.
Mass Effect Trilogy Remastered with all DLC @60fps 1080P :)))

MS delivered the message that Xbox One continues to evolve, improve and there will be amazing experiences.
Sony continues their games, games, games charge and surprised me with the whole TV thing, even though it dragged on.
I think if you own both consoles you're the real winner :)
