To clarify. My stance on this game, I had a lot of fun with it. I platinumed it, and bought it on release. I occasionally will bust it out to play with my friends.
its probably not megaman 11. However it is probably Resident Evil and DMC5
I think it's fully possible that
Sony approached these publishers looking for guest appearances but due to how rough psasbr looked they weren't able to receive license for the big ones.
Despite psasbr's roster issues that game was flawed on many other levels. The battle system was almost universally hated. The game was heavily unbalanced at launch. The game despite being on powerful hardware looked like it belonged on ps2. It really just felt incomple...
Microsoft needs to disband rare and hire another dev to work on IP like banjo conker and perfect dark. Nothing against rare but sea of theives releasing in the state it did means something is awfully wrong at this studio.
I feel like this is something platinum clearly wants to do. It is a new IP and if it's built for mobile from the ground up then maybe they're doing something interesting. I feel like they have been on a roll and deserve the benefit of the doubt.
I really like having the option to upgrade. I think Sony and Microsoft have both proven that even with those mid cycle upgrades the base models are still more than viable for people who would rather not upgrade. Personally my gaming is probably the hobby I invest the most time and money into and as a result I definitely welcome the idea of a bi-yearly upgrade as long as it doesn't shut players out to soon. If Sony maintains atleast a 6-7 year cycle before stopping software support while m...
They never stated it would remain exclusive I'm guessing. At most it'll be a year.
lol you're mistaken my friend. I bought a pro knowing full well that ps5 is likely around the corner. I'd be alright with a new iteration every year if that meant I got to play my sony exclusives at the highest possible settings.
@cheifjohn yes, games do have long development cycles, but often times games are in development well before the developers get dev kits. You can probably bet that sony's first party knows way ahead of time what the specs for the next console are going to look like and will often develop a game with those specs in mind until they receive a devkit.
@Porkchop could the rumors not be real? Sure. But the fact is the rumors line up with the data we have. The data that says an...
2021 would never happen. An 8-year console cycle with reports of devs already having dev kits right now? Porkchop, Why would dev's have a dev kit 3 years early?
I can totally agree with this. Honestly, I'd say that's more important to me than 60 frames. The little things that immerse you way more.
Sony has been doing it pretty well for a while now. There focus has been on games. They ask the devs what they need to make the games they want to make and try to find a solution that works for everyone in terms of price and power. Then they get 10-12 big exclusives a year with 2-3 of them being serious game of the year contenders. It is about the games not about the power.
Just look at Nintendo. They essentially have 2 generation old hardware but they are making awesome g...
Nintendo came Right out the gate last year with a suda 51 announcement and apparently he always harrasses sakurai about this. In other words I totally agree with you.
Whatever you're doing I hope it's co-op again. Me and my brother love sitting on the couch and playing through games. Only problem is almost no one makes couch coop anymore
He was showing off more than. Just concept art he showed off a tech demo as well
Oh wow that's fairly surprising considering they do usually show up at pax. While them not having a booth does greatly decrease the chance of borderlands 3 being revealed during it. Also gearbox has totally made big reveals at PAX in the past.
I'd say expect at pax
This isn't a rumor it's speculation.
No
The only thing she has missed is Mother 3 and timing on certain announcements. The fact is that the timing on announcements in the gaming landscape is an everchanging thing so while she may have given us timeframes for announcements in the past is completely in the realm of belief that those dates would have changed, which is only reinforced by all the details she correctly informed the gaming public about. As for mother 3 I'd be surprised if the game isn't real like she said and nint...
