I mean tsushima is out in like 2 weeks.
@Hungryalpaca
The only chance of a cure was through Ellie's sacrifice this is stated in the game and by druckman himself. Is it low, probably but this is never stated. As he eliminated any hope of developing a cure by definition he doomed the world.
To be clear I'm not even saying I don't like Joel, if I were Joel and somebody I love were to be sacrificed I might and probably would do the same thing. I understand why he did what he did and I don't even ...
Joel was a villain he doomed the whole world. When you see why Abby does what she did and how great of a person she is to people in her community. She's super sweet and kind and loves anime and dogs. I freaking loved abby
Ahh yes the old I just don't like her because her being buff in a post apocalyptic world full of infected zombie like mushroom creatures. Is just too unbelievable.
Speak for yourself friend. I'm pretty moderate in my views. The amount of people on here hating on this game because it's about a couple of lesbians is silly
Lol it's good when the Alt Right fanboys on N4G get a strong reminder that they are the vast minority.
Can't wait for the 49 or so disagrees.
It's literally not the ps4s swansong though. Tsushima is out next month.
If they advertised it any other way people would have questioned why Joel was missing and his death at the beginning would have been obvious.
I guess you could say....
It's about time
I don't think that's true digital and physical sale percentages are lining up more and more every day. With Digital soon to eclipse physical. Will lower prices speed that up sure. But the reality is that were just happy to have the physical option.
There will be a smooth transition but There is always a few games that get cancelled.
I know they said space wouldn't be as heavily required. But I don't think that means we will get a smaller games I think devs will create even more data intensive assets with the space being freed up. I also think that will result in bigger games as time goes on.
@CaptainHenry916 I definitely splurged on the Samsung ones lol.
@Sprucegoose77 I do agree the drives will be cheaper do to being bought on the scale that mass production requires but my point isn't to try and say that this one component will cost Sony 500 a piece but rather to say that this is just one component we're talking about among 5-10 high priced components.
I'm right there with you
If true that model will be very expensive. Or it won't be all ssd. Nvme drives are expensive I paid nearly 500 for a terabyte and a half
@Anubis I also love PlayStation, and I completely agree with you that she has a point. In fact I believe she deserves credit and compensation, if they used her version of a song.
@Ceasar I'm laughing that you accused me of (and I'm paraphrasing here) "Not reading so good"
That's clearly what happened with you and my comment. I (in not so many words) said fanboys on this site don't care if Neil Druckman himself were caught on tape...
Lol don't try to use logic in anyway against Sony on n4g. These fanboys will bend over backwards to defend sony.
You're right though it is messed up that this happened.
Most of Sony's biggest studios are US based. So there's that.
@Guilty - it's not selfish. It feels like the world has been on fire all year. It's not wrong for people to want a break in the negativity. I can understand why Sony did what they did. I can see why it's a good call but I can also see why some are disappointed.
I think the only real way to combat those in the vocal minority is for the majority to become vocal as well. Unfortunately the vocal minority just seems to have a lot more time on their hands than we do.
