Holy crap, it looks worse than WaW.
Well your loss if you're going to be buying this sure-to-be-terrible game on any platform. That right there just shows you how dumb of a gamer you are.
I didn't find any parts of Mario Galaxy hard, to be honest. And I 100%'d it as Mario and Luigi. Meh.
Harder games? Bring it on. I've got all the in-game achievements in Mega Man 9, 100%'d Mercury Meltdown Revolution, got gold medals on every stage in Geometry Wars: Galaxies, completed all challenges in Punch-Out!! Wii and Wario Land: Shake It!. Are there any harder (yet fair) challenges on the Wii?
Bu...bu...but... PLAYSTATION 3 ;_;
:'(
No, not sarcasm. I think that the collection is a great deal for those who haven't played even one of the Prime games. But as I have all of them, I see no need to get the collection. I found the controls in MP1 and 2 worked fine for what they were. I've 100%'d all 3 Prime games, so if I get the collection, I'll feel the need to 100% them all anew, something I don't feel like doing right now, especially when I have a backlog of games that need 100%ing.
Super lame-sauce, bros. I was hoping that all 3 games would be able to have their save files transferred somehow. That's stupid. I really don't feel like picking up the trilogy now.
This just in! "No news" = "News!"
I'm kind of pissed about Hagar and Anthony not being in the game, but Cherone? Hahaha, any Van Halen fan would gladly do without him.
@ Pirate Thom
"Name one game, that isn't mini-game collection, on Wii, that works better than a game with a controller? Hell, even Nintendo games last gen had better controls."
Mercury Meltdown Revolution, Geometry Wars: Galaxies, Boom Blox & Boom Blox: Bash Party, Lost Winds, World of Goo, Metroid Prime 3.
These games work fantastically with the Wiimote. I'm sure there's more I'm not thinking of too. The fact is that people really just are...
Good news. I was worried that Cursed Mountain would be terrible. I'm still not completely convinced, but I feel a bit better. I saw a video of the combat, and it looked awful. That was awhile back though. Hopefully they fixed it.
Wow, that's actually pretty cool. I wasn't expecting anything huge, but that's bigger than what I expected.
It definitely looks like Gamecube quality. Pathetic.
Arc Rise Fantasia? Totally forgettable.
...WAT
This is a disaster. Who the hell thought this was a good idea? Damn.
Hooray, more VC! And it's a classic too. Not a game that interests me, but perhaps this means more hope for Super Smash Bros and Bomberman 64 in the future!
"There are still no reports if the game will be released in the U.S"
Huzzah for uninformed news outlets!
It looks interesting. Nothing I'd buy, but you can tell a lot of effort seems to have been placed into it, and it looks fun. The Mii -> Hollywood person converter thing was pretty cool though.
I wouldn't want people to see me playing it, but that wouldn't stop me from playing it!
If this review doesn't demonstrate what a pretentious doofus Yahtzee is, I don't know what will.
And before you disagree, please note I'm not saying Silent Hill 2 is a bad game. So don't take it that way. I'm just saying that if the game is this many glaring issues, it's pretty tough to defend it as "BEST GAEM EVAR!!1" without sounding like a pretentious twat.
