Most gamers who enjoy FPS care. They care a lot seeing as its the best FPS released in the last year.

Multis are shovelware? Wow, this is a whole new level of fanboyism. Some of the best games this gen are multiplat. Bioshock, CoD4, Mirrors Edge, BFBC2... the list goes on (sports games etc as I've only named FPS in my list.) The only games I'm excited about that have been announced for this year are all multiplat (Red Dead, MoH, Crysis 2.) My favourite genre is FPS and exclusives like Killzone 2 and Resistance 2 aren't as good, IMO, as games like Bioshock, Cod4 and BFBC2

the 360's lead really isn't that large and PS3 is outselling xbox. 360 is not the leader if your talking sales. The wii has sold double what 360 has. For every reason to buy a PS3 there's one to buy a 360.

Bought mine new. Didn't really like the idea of getting second hand because i dont know how its been treated before i had it, if it has any problems and its more likely to break sooner because its older.
I can imagine a lot of people protesting about this game, none of whom probably have any concept of gaming. The first manhunt was not the reason for the killing of someone. The guy who did it was obviously a nutter with some seriously mental health issues. Manhunt may have inspired him, but if it wasn't a game it would have been something else like a film or book that gave him ideas. Scapegoating at its finest.
The prizes for PS3 are lower than 360 yes, but theyre still reasonable. Most Gamebattles ladder i've seen have $4500 for 360 and $2500 for PS3. IDk who finances MLG, but considering its american it makes sense for it to be on 360 orientated because its sold a lot more in the USA than PS3 has and 260 is more associated with FPS.

Im not going to start arguing console vs PC's. I personally prefer consoles and think they are better than PC's, but thats a different issue.
I really do hate elitist PC gamers. All you do is trash talk consoles, then when something like the dedicated server fiasco you come begging the console gamers to boycott it. I think a lot of Xbox only owners would dismiss a game like LBP. The 360 owning demographic is very shooter orientated.
