PS3 games have been doing this since day1. CoD4 updated the system to version 1.93 for example. I don't see why this article was even written, never mind approved. The people who approve articles really are getting stupider.
No console gamers can't upgrade their consoles, but considering PS3 is going to have around a 10 year life span and in that time i'd have to buy at least 3 graphic card at £200+ and a load of other shit, i'm not going to go back to PC.
Also, I'm assuming Coldfire was being sarcastic and is a PC gamer.

The last good SF was on PS1. Whilst a lot of gamers would be hyped about a new SF for a lot of gamers PS3 or PS2 was the first time they got into gaming so i doubt sales would be affected that much. Lots of gamerss will remember chaos theory though, which would help sales of SC:C

Maybe, but GTAIV sold around the same on each console, so why would Take2 ship less PS3 versions of RDR? You could be right, and if you are right it shows Take2 have crap business acumen.

I really, really hoped it wouldn't suck but it just doesn't seem have the same "je n'ai cest que" as the PoP games from PS2. Ah well. Guess I'll have to wait for Mirrors Edge 2 until i get a decent acrobatic game.
True. MoH would just offer a very Westernised take on War. It wouldn't add anything, just recycle the same ideas. I'd prefer the game to be less black and white than a shooter like CoD. Who knows, we might get a Bioshock-esque ideology centred single player. Then again. Probably not.

£50 is around $70. And even so, XBL is £50 in the UK and $50 in America, so Sony will probably do the same kind of thing with PSN Premium.
I remember that feud. IW basically told Treyarch to STFU because they were crap devs. Even though Treyarch are pretty poor, it was uncalled for. IW just became too arrogant towards the end.
Yeah, IW made CoD what it is. It's a shame they've become the way they have. No doubt activision will keep the studio on life support just so it can stick the IW logo on their products.

I don't care for trophies. I play for fun, not to impress people or whatever other reason people get trophies for. I used to get them, but I just find it tedious now.
