From what I played of the Beta I'd have to agree with you about the gameplay. The only reason its more realistic is because its using real life events etc. rather than a scenario like MW2's.
But to be honest, I dont care if its more realistic, I juat want it to be more fun.

Fifa world cup had a lot better gameplay than fifa 10. If they tweak it slightly for fifa 11 it'll be worth my money imo.
Yh i didnt find seymour too hard cos I got all my aeons up to full overdrive. Evrae was impossible without being a decent level.
Yep, treyarch are pretty bad developers. WaW was just CoD4 but a lot worse. The only thing it had going for it was the zombie mode, which was meant to be a tacked on feature rather than the main selling point of the game.
Yep, CoD4 had an amazing story and an amazing MP. Just proves games can be good MP and SP. I do think MP games have worse stories on thw whole because the devs focus on the MP (Bioshock 1 was much better than Bioshock 2 for example.)

I havn't really had a problem with the muzzle flash. Bigger than most games but I can still play with it.
The graphics are awful, I agree. Hopefully they'll scale them up for the final release.
The freezing and lag can be sorted out with a couple of patches. It's the gameplay I am worried about. They should either do something knew, make a CoD game or make a BF game. Considering the dissapointment around MW2 and the fact BFBC2 is a really good gam...

Yeah it does look a lot like MW. But I think thats a good thing, because MW2 let a lot of gamers down, so this could be the arcadeish shooter fans expected MW2 to be.
