You're just a sensitive Sony loyalist that's all. "
-A sensitive sony loyalist? lol. I own multiple consoles from sony, sega, and nintendo, and I use windows 7 on my pc. So your assumption is unfounded about me being a "sensitive loyalist"(as you put it) to sony. <...
I am not a fanboy and imo I think that the whole "imaginary" console war thing is the stupidest thing to hit the gaming scene but lol you can tell that this article was written by a jealous xbot fanboy that has really nothing first party game-wise exclusives to look forward to in 2011 for the most part. Instead of just enjoying their console(s), games, and the hobby of video games in general they go out of their way and type up and post an article of useless nonsense that has no eff...
A while ago I bought hot shots golf out of bounds for ps3(which had been out for at least a few years when I finally bought it), and let me tell you no other game can hold a candle to that game as far as updates go because I had my ps3 on for at least 10 hours straight(yeah that is at least 10 hours) downloading and installing mini updates that had accumulated since the game released. I have had no game before or after that was that bad with downloading and installing updates. Oh and before a...
Most neo geo games are great but I think snk are asking too much for them. I was expecting maybe $3 or $4 a piece but $9 a piece is too much. Maybe back when the neo geo was commercially available the price(even though it was very expensive back then) was more realistic considering the high manufacturing cost due mostly to the high cost of materials involved in making the products. But now they should cost no more than $5 max a piece. Especially considering that more than half of them are ava...
Yeah I know what you mean, and I bet that you ordered the game when it was $9.99 + tax and free shipping like I did. But hey they were practically almost giving it away at that price, so even though the waiting part is a pain, the price that I bought a copy of the game for makes up for the wait.
Stupid moments like this is why I have not watched the show past the very first episode, this also goes for reality shows in general as I don't like reality shows for the most part. The only reality show that I like is dinner impossible with robert irvine because he and his team manage to do the "nearly impossible" through difficult circumstances with comedy. Otherwise the reality show genre is overrated. The main reason why I watch tv is to escape reality, not be reminded of i...
I guess it is officially the "blame sony at every chance whether it makes sense or not" generation and/or the "smearing sony" generation, which imo is pretty unfair, lame, sad, and shallow. Imo the bottom line should be if a customer pays for a game by giving the "said" company money for it, the company that made/published and has since received money for "said" game that they should be the one's to foot the bill for past-present-future fee's th...
Common sense is not common these days, especially when it comes to politicians.
@kagon 01:(Bobble+)
-lol, the hypocritical irony.
Lol,I love the politic jokes. Give me a good laugh and keep them coming.
Ecerpt from article:
"Just look at this list of games that are part of my Pile of Shame:
Cave Story, Braid, Joe Danger, Trials HD, Bit.Trip Void, Chime, DeathSpank, Comic Jumper, Costume Quest, Shatter, ‘Spolsion Man, The Misadventures of PB Winterbottom, Dead Rising: Case Zero and Case West…"
Pfft... you think that is a pile of shame? I have at least 60+ psn games(I am not even including dlc like red dead redemption's undead nightmare e...
@Theonik
I spent multiple hundred's of dollars on psn this year alone and I have yet to receive a thank you package. Maybe a thank you package is in the mail for me as I have yet to receive a thank you package from sony. I hope that sony sends me a thank you package considering how much money that I have spent on psn. I am not nor do I feel entitled to a thank you package but it definitely would be a nice gesture from sony that would be greatly appreciated by me if they do indeed ...
It looks like I am getting: angry birds, microbots, and M.O.Z.O.X Space Salvager.
I have been a fan of his show for quite a while, Mark is one of the best online reviewers on the net imo. Also the other show cgr undertow is pretty good too. The only ones I highly recommend is angry video game nerd, classic game room, and cgr undertow,and g4tv(the one with morgan web, and adam sessler). I mean the other ones like gamespot or ign are ok but the 4 I mentioned in the beginning are better imo.
@ShadowPraxis:
I guess I forgot to mention that my copy is the ps3 version. I also just looked on the back of the game case of my copy and it does indeed say that required hd space for the game is 111kb, but due to the minuscule size I doubt that it is for improved load times but rather for game saves/data. I have been a fan of he franchise since the classics and I enjoyed the game.
I only payed $29.99 + tax brand new for a copy not too long ago, The game is pretty good but the only problem(s) that I found with the game is that it has some bugs, long load times with no option to install the game to improve load times at this time, and only lasts about 10-15 hours. I thought that it was worth what I payed for it and now that it is even cheaper I definitely recommend it. I originally bought it mainly because it included the 3 classics that started the franchise and I was n...
I found where you can get it at that price:
http://www.examiner.com/vid...
It is corporate greed mainly and not disc space(especially when it comes to the disc medium that the ps3 uses). And the proof to support my claim can be summed up in 4 words/numbers: METAL GEAR SOLID 4 !
Well I just was on psn not too long ago and their is some good news and bad news about the neo geo station. The good news is that snk are selling the games individually like I had hoped. The bad news is they are $8.99 a piece. I was expecting $2 or $3 a piece, but $8.99 a piece is just too much as you can get most of these games on one of their many arcade compilations that were released on the ps2 for less than $20. Though if they do drop to a more reasonable price I will probably buy some o...
I have spent hundreds of dollars on psn but I still don't think it is worth it for me to get psn+. Imo the stupidest and most useless features that are offered in the psn+ program are: early access to game beta's, 1 hour trials of games, and the subscription based time frame of the games that subscribers get for free that are only playable/active during the subscription. The author has some valid points, and the program does offer some decent content and discounts SOMETIMES, but for t...
