I don't know exactly when, but it should be soon seeing as I saw a article on the game in this months ptom(I have a subscription to the magazine) stating that the release of the game will be sometime during or before Christmas, unless they delay it which I highly doubt expect it within 7 weeks.
Why doesn't any online stores that carry american-english versions of games offer pre-orders for games that cheap?

I am a collector, I do it mainly because I like the hobby of video games and have liked the hobby for 21 years. It is still nice to know that many of my games are/will-be worth a bit, though I don't have any intentions nor interest in selling them. So you can say that for the most part it is because I like the hobby of video games and also part of the enjoyment in finding rare but good games(THANK YOU GOD).
I agree with you, but I also cant wait until x-men the arcade game comes out. If you like brawlers or even the x-men I highly recommend it if you don't know about the game or have never played it. On the other hand if you already know about the game and have already played it years ago then you know it is a must buy day 1, at least for me it is.
I was originally just going to go out of my way to sears just to get need for speed hot pursuit for $40, but since target has it for cheaper and a target is located not too far from me I am now hopefully going to go get it at target. Although I will keep sears in mind just in case target sells out of the game before I get a chance to get a copy.

I just picked up the gow psp bundle yesterday. Seeing that I thoroughly enjoyed chains of olympus I have been wanting to play the new gow game that I received in the psp bundle, but I have yet to finish the first gow game on the ps2 due to time issues, in which I will be hopefully playing more of gow 1 tonight.
I have over 200 good games and about 90% are not even finished or adequately started lol. The demo took a little getting use to but I eventually got used to the handling which after you got the feel of it was not that bad, though it could use a little tweaking. I knew when I heard criterion was bringing back the old school need for speed flavor back in the next need for speed installment that for the first time since hot pursuit 2 released many years ago that I was looking forward to this game. And after trying out the demo I am definitely getting this need for speed game.
Imo the only stores that are worth going to on black friday for video games are kmart, target, walmart, toys r us, and best buy. Besides the game stop buy 2 get 1 free deal on all pre-owned games and accessories I don't really see anything else worth making the trip to game stop. I also noticed the horrible trade-in value for a psp was $25, what is worse is that they are advertising it as a great deal?...
