It's too bad the first game was bad enough that I'm not going to try the second. Bungie's talent clearly moved over to 343 industries. Current Bungie is not the great studio any more that produced the fantastic Halo universe.
I sure hope it is based on the book and not Siege lol. The first two rainbow six games were easily the best and I hope they return to that formula in the future. A movie based on the book could be fantastic. If it is inspired by some of the last few games it'll likely be the standard game-based-movie flop.
Shouldn't even be a topic of discussion. Buy yourself an Elite controller and never look back. It's the best controller ever made, and though a little on the expensive side, it is worth it 100%.
Again, it's the lore behind it that makes it stand out, though at the time of release it was the most beautiful console game ever released, which never hurts. And it's challenging gun play is still better than any of its rivals, not that it actually has any.
You could also just say "The Switch lacks." and end it at that.
What makes it unique is the awesome sci-fi universe that now spans books, movies, video games, board games, comics, toys, etc. They created a sci-fi universe that stands with the best of them.
Experiencing Halo: CE coop at a friends house was one of the most profound gaming experiences I ever had. I immediately went out to WalMart right after and bought my own Xbox and Halo, and never touched my PS2 again.
I never got far in the game, it keep taking me out of the action or making me walk around all boring, really a terrible game.
Until you see it on PC you won't see it on a console.
SOCOM was easily the best franchise on PlayStation, it is sad what has happened to it. I do however have a bad taste in my mouth after SOCOM 4 coming out then PSN immediately hacked and offline for a month... Still to this day I do not trust Sony with my credit card information.
XBOX is a luxury item, it definitely isn't for everyone. For those who want a premium console gaming experience in your living room this is how you get it.
Sony is going to put out the PS5 with 8-10 TFLOP GPU within the next 2 years to compete with the XBOX.
No it is not. It does have enough power though that it will probably give the PS5 a run for its money.
Establishing XBox Live on the original Xbox was the greatest move Microsoft ever made, it insured they will always be years ahead in the online sector vs the competition. PSN this generation is the experience we had on the X360. Being an online player this is very important to me.
I'm okay with it. Some things just need to stand on their own as a one and done great experience. Bioshock and Dead Space should have done the same.
It probably is too much power for a Sony fanboy to handle. Tread lightly.
Corpse explosion.
The only reason I see is if you have $400, and it is impossible for you to get $500. Even then I'd say just grab a XBOS instead and get that 4K blu-ray capability.
Actually grab a used PS4 first with Bloodborne, then after you've had your fill, sell the PS4 then buy the XBOS.
Cross play is also available on Xbox platforms and XBox Live is a full generation ahead of PSN.
And generally, more powerful hardware is better for the lo...
We've seen Sony rush to market with the PS4 Pro and it has done poorly and very underwhelming and it sounds like now they are going to rush to throw together the PS5 which will probably be 8TF and compete with the XBOX. Next gen Xbox will be magnitudes of power greater than the PS5.
Great news. I couldn't see shit on the ground on the XBO version when I was in a aerial vehicle. The nice resolution and graphics bump on the XBOX should literally clear that up.
