I still for the life of me can't figure out why they didn't even announce the game until like what 2 months ago?
They weaved that special crack magic into it for about 10 hours for me, after that I got tired of seeing the same stuff and the grindage.
YAY but 2009 is sooooo far away, Test Drive Unlimited was revolutionary and I almost overlooked it because well I couldn't stand the previous test drive games. Something is just awesome about driving around doing mini races against npcs and seeing real players speed by you on your way to your next objective. Hell the PSP version even had the same online, I'm very much looking forward to this. I just hope we get a better mission variety.

Game certainly did catch my eye with the awesome realistic combat, I hope the story follows suit. Level 5 rocks in the gameplay department but their storytelling leaves much to be desired.

Strider II was/is sweet. It came in a 2 disc case with the arcade version of the first one to boot, which was quite difficult in comparison. The thing I never got to play that this article showed me was Osman/Cannon Dancer, that is now added to my list of awesome goals.

Man Super Punchout was dope, I still play it every now and then. I remember playing Metroid 2 on my friend's gameboy and asking my folks constantly to get me one. .I got a game gear because it was superior. ..the games weren't though. Strider II oh man, that's still one of my favorite side scrolling games of all time it's a shame it only takes me about 26 minutes to beat it now.
All in all I've played/owned/own all those games the only one I can see "bad" on the list...

Damn that's a pretty good list, can't see anything that wasn't there that I'd add. On a similar note though, more games need to use the clocks inside systems for realtime day/night cycles.
I don't think it's going to be oversaturated like the 30 Mario side games that come out every year. ..Mario's Banking Blitz with new motion controlled loan signing features. I digress, I just hope Nintendo does something awesome for the next one and would it hurt so much to add a deeper story? Give the combat some more depth and stick with the inventive puzzles and we have a winner. Last time Okami out-Zelda'd them in their own territory so I hope they come back swinging.
The 15 bucks spent per month on MMOs goes towards server maintenance, GM salary, customer service rep salary, and helps fund the expansions that come out. Where does any of that fit into Live for Windows aside from customer service? On top of that you're still playing the game, and without the servers to back it up there will no longer be a game to play.

Ugh I hate Live for Windows, it's horrid and clunky. I was in the Universe at War beta and that stupid thing is implemented and made the experience worse.
After playing the awesomeness that is Ratchet and Clank FTOD, I can honestly say that I want Jak and Daxter on PS3 as well. If they use the things learn in Uncharted my goodness will that be sweet. Haven City would be both huge and have crazy draw distances now.
