This seems like a good halfway then, not too heavily involved like forza or gran turismo. I love the arcade aspect because I hate racers you can't just pick up and put down in 20-30 minutes

Sorry but GTA 5 is overrated trash. I haven't played second son yet but I've heard nothing but good things about it. The only impressive thing about GTA 5 is how well it sold. I don't care if you can operate a plane or blimp or submarine if in the end you're not accomplishing much. It had no substance and no real reason at all to even finish it. Why? I don't get it. I liked this game and even platinumed it but this game was received with mediocre response at best. Heavy rain would be a mandatory double dip for me though
However racist it may sound japanese most definitely have their own prejudice taste in games. And if Microsoft wants to make any progress in winning them over they will not be flaunting online shooters at a Japanese conference.

This game would be amazing with morpheus but making it exclusive to it would be shooting their own foot and the game wont sell well at all
If this is priced right it could work out. As long as sony doesn't push it too hard like Microsoft did with the utterly pointless Kinect. It just has to be priced right because most if not all consumers will use it casually from time to time and not exclusively. A survival horror sounds awesome with this thing though.

At the risk of being judged I am 31, got an nes brand new and pretty much seen it all, but I've never played either one of these games.

That argument might hold some weight if Xbox was competing heavily with ps4 ANYWHERE. But bottom line is ps4 is even curb stomping X1 in the US, the only country in the world that the 360 sold better last gen. So no, at best releasing in these other countries will temporarily slow the momentum, kinda like what unbundling Kinect did.
